Really enjoying my annual leave but looking forward to walking dogs again next week (hope they haven’t missed me too much). One of my customers kindly loaned me this book ‘Arthur’ for my holiday read. Lovely uplifting story, worth a read for dog lovers. I had to go over and say hello to the lovely Loa who got very excited when the man selling water melon approached her on the beach, a daily ritual I believe☺️🐾❤️🐾

** NOW ON LEAVE UNTIL 27th AUGUST** ,, so it was guaranteed to be a wet one to finish the week. As usual , it didn’t bother this bunch in the slightest. In fact for some of them, the wetter the better😊🐾❤️🐾

It’s not all about the dogs😊, up early to drop in and feed Mango (The Parakeet) and Lotti.
After seeing that amazing mural on the news last night, myself and Trixie saw it up close and personal this morning.. WOW! What talent❤️
Mav was pleased to have the rest of his little and large gang back with the return of Reggie, Diggery and Jango. Hugo didn’t have a dog friend to play with today so had to do with just me. It started getting a little warm so he made best use of the shade now and again.🐾❤️🐾🌴☀️

The weather held off for Reggie on his return from his holidays, and boy was he pleased to see me☺️. Walter met ‘one of his own’ down at Heybrook Bay and it was good to have the whole of the Thursday morning crew back together,Loki and Hugo had there usual mad hour, and Trixie had her early stroll🐾❤️🐾

Back and refreshed from my long weekend and what a great day to walk these fantastic dogs. Reggie was off the lead with me for the first time and behaved impeccably and enjoyed playing fetch🐾❤️🐾

Photos from yesterday’s very soggy walk before my long weekend off. Mav was pleased to have his pals back after Wednesdays solo walk. Jet and Max enjoyed being on more familiar territory , not having to hide from the sun, and Hugo had a day off from Loki, Tilly and Ruby to have a fun day with his family.

I think Mav really missed his Wednesday gang and will be pleased to see them next week. I’m taking this Friday off so poor Trixie will miss out on our usual jaunt up the Hoe.

Another short day, started off quite tranquil with Trixie and then Walter, Maddy and Mav having a spa morning,, then came Loki and Hugo doing their best impressions of being lions☺️, they love each other really. And I got home in time to harvest some more potatoes😊

Slimmed down walks today with several dogs elsewhere this week,, I’m sure they are missing me🥰. Those that were out today were clearly having a good time and I got home early enough to do a bit of gardening☺️🐾❤️🐾

Well after a couple of soggy walks for Ben today, that bright thing in the sky made an appearance this evening so off we went for a walk from the Queen Anne battery, up to the Hoe, and back around the Citadel,, both of us returned dry😊 🐾❤️🐾

Sorry for lack of response today...work!
We are totally overwhelmed by the response. I am only his dog walker and as such have needed to go back and forth in order to answer questions. As I'm sure you understand this is a really difficult time.

I will put as many answers here as i can, if you still feel you're in a position to help then please message and we can look to move forward, it must be right for you and him, he needs a happy forever home.

He is great with people, big and small.
He is anxious around new dogs, but is happy with dogs he knows.
Never been around cats, so unsure on this.
House trained.
He can be quite anxious.
He has a heart condition that stemmed from lung worm about a year ago and its being managed by medication that's easily available.
He's extremely loving.

I believe that in the right home the behaviours can be sorted, his owner was very sick for a long time and unable to address them.

I've been walking this lovely lad for almost a year for his very poorly owner. However yesterday I recieved a call to say that his owner died on Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately that leaves this 9 year old male, neutered Staffy with no-one. There is no family. Could you, or do you know anyone that could give this boy a loving, decent home. Otherwise there may be no other choice than to place him in kennels.

Just a reminder that I won’t be working on Friday 9th August and I will be off from Friday 16th August until Monday 26th August (inclusive of those dates. These lovely dogs have got me pooped and I’m very deserving of a long overdue break☺️🐾❤️🐾, if I say so myself. It’s been a while😊.

Super sad day today😢, my final walk with Lola before she heads back to the Netherlands. We had built up a great connection over the months and her owners have been great too, I will miss them all. I received some lovely gifts and a card with some very kind words which means a great deal to me.
I’m so lucky to have all these great dogs to walk 🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️

Traffic chaos made even the shortest journeys difficult today, but everyone still got out for walk and I even managed to have an ice cream with Lola on her penultimate walk with me before returning to the Netherlands😢.

Phew, what a hot one 🥵, dogs kept mainly in the shade and hydrated. Maddy was lucky enough to go for a dip on her solo walk. I also had the pleasure of taking the very handsome Sully for a walk for the first time. 🐾❤️🐾
