Perfect example of why keeping the ears clear of fur and build up is important, this boy will definitely be feeling better now that clump is not irritating him , blocked up ears can lead to various problems and may result in needing veterinary treatment, gentle removal of the build up allows owners to maintain ears effectively and spot any issues early 😁

32 piece natural treat box mixed £15.50 have two pre made in shop, contain furry rabbits ears, rabbit feet with fur , chicken feet, chicken necks,duck neck, trachea, fish cubes, various sausages,cow udder,lamb ear, pig in blanket, pig snout and I have one with a furry cow ear and one with a pig ear 😋

Notice:
We have had a few reports of kennel cough in the area especially those who walk around mount wise and it seems to be on the rise. If your dog has any symptoms of kennel cough please call and re-arrange your appointment, dogs can continue to spread kennel cough for around 2/3 weeks so if you need to change anything please get in touch . Anyone who turns up and their dog has symptoms or while grooming they are coughing or sneezing with runny eyes they will be refused and you will need to collect asap , you will still be charged for the inconvenience . While most dogs can handle kennel cough and it’s just a case of waiting for it to pass many can become quite poorly especially the old,young and those with medical conditions as it can lead to phenomena. We are taking extra precautions to ensure we stay safe for everyone by keeping up with a disinfectant routine by daily spraying the whole shop with Formula H a great product that kills bacteria and viruses including kennel cough, please follow our lead and keep dogs away if they have any symptoms many thanks 😊

One of my oldest boys Mr mojo this afternoon for his groom, he’s at a fragile stage and we now groom him almost completely lay down for his own comfort, I never force a dog to have to stand for the duration of their groom if they want to lay I will allow them to rest their fragile bones and I’ll work around them, grooming a very elderly dog can take it out of them and most I can do is make is as comfortable as possible for them

Can those around marlbourgh street please keep an eye out for gypsy, she escaped her carrier Saturday on way to car and still hasn’t been found ,she is a little wriggly but if safely able too please pick up or let me know so I can notify the owner who is Beyond worried. Believe She was last seen behind the shops on my side she maybe hiding around as doesn’t know the area , she has a microchip so can be dropped off at any vets too

GROOMING NOTICE

Clients who have a flea infestation shall be charged an extra fee of £5.00, the fee is to cover use of extra flea products including shampoos and sprays, not only for the dog but our grooming area and to use sprays on ourselves. Please note there is no judgement fleas occur even when we treat regularly however it's not pleasant while grooming so a flea fee is now in place. Those who pay before a groom shall still need to pay the fee should their dog have an infestation while grooming. Thankyou and any questions please get in touch.
