🎄That’s us finished for the Christmas break!🎄

To treat ourselves after the final hectic week, we had a lovely evening out to celebrate this years success. We want to thank each and everyone of our lovely customers for supporting us as we opened our business this year. And a huge thankyou for all our lovely cards and gifts we had received, we really do appreciate it. We wish you all the best for the Christmas holidays and the next year to come. We look forward to seeing you all and meeting some new clients in 2025!

Loyalty cards

Hello everyone!
This is regarding loyalty cards,
We give out loyalty cards to our clients as a small thank you for your custom, however, we have had some issues regarding clients forgetting them and claiming we still owe the discount/want extra stamps next visit etc.

Every 5th stamp, you can trade the card in for 10% discount.
A stamp is only given at the time of the service, one stamp per service, per dog.
Multiple cards will not be added together to create a full card.
We have 100’s of customers, we cannot keep track of how many visits, who forgot cards previously that want extra stamps etc, hence the above to keep it fair for everyone.

We appreciate all of you and hope you can all understand,
