We pride ourselves on a " No kennels policy ". Treating your animals as our own is paramount and providing care within a warm, safe and friendly home is so important to us. We provide everything they really need and more, while you are working or on holiday. Having over 10 years hands on experience, working along side many breeds of all ages and personalities. We welcome every breed, big or small.

We also offer care for other animals/pets, so please do send your enquiry. Happy hounds is owed and run by a higher level certified canine behaviour specialist, who has 5 years worth of relevant qualifications - including canine science & behaviour, nutrition, training, & animal care. We offer pet care services purely to your specification. Services Include - short & long term boarding, walks, and day care. Other pet services are also available. Whilst your canine visits happy hounds they must be up to date with all vaccinations, including their annual booster. We will also request proof of all vaccinations, and evidence of recent administration of your pet's flea and worming treatments. It is essential your canine is comfortable with other dogs and children. Please do message with any enquires, we are happy to answer any questions you may have.


* Please note stays of a duration longer than 48 hours will require a 25% deposit in booking. City Council licence -A059

Looking for someone to walk or take care of your four legged friend while you are at work? on holiday? or maybe you are no longer able to provide those long walks come rain or shine that your doggie requires?.. HAPPY HOUNDS & FRIENDS is ran by a qualified, registered and insured animal carer, who has years of experience & knowledge in dog ailments, dog behaviour, their welfare and general care.Not only do we cover canine care, we also offer other domestic animal care.Happy Hounds & Friends will treat your animal(s) like one of their own, we have a real passion for the welfare of your pets!

Suitable for you and your needs as a dog or other pet owner...please feel free to contact me with any questions you may how no matter how small your peace of mind is paramount to us thank you... Prices start from just £15 per day per dog.Cat sitting, doggie boarding, doggie day care, dog walks and other small pet services are available and subject to individual pricing . doggie walks are to your specification. We never take travel time out of your walk time! lead walks, off lead field walks depending on your requirements.. :) pamper packages are available also on request while they stay or as an extra treat :)...please contact happy hounds for information :) please note longer stays with happy hounds require a 25% deposit on booking...thank you :) while your furry friends stay at happy hounds your doggies MUST be flea treated, wormed and up to dates with jabs :) we may ask for evidence of this so please have the information handy :).Being good with children and other dogs is also a must however we understand and know its completely normal that not all dogs get on :).....
