Double coated dogs shouldn't be shaved but to help with the warmer weather they just need to be groomed out regular this helps to keep them cooler and thinner .

To all my wonderful customers who have lost there fur babies and best friend , through just old age or been poorly . As a dog owner it never gets any easier and they leave a massive hole in our hearts. Till we meet again .
Thought I would just share .

Standing on the Rainbow Bridge, I gaze,

Another great result just after 2 sessions , I was so pleased with this as the tarter was very thick and red before as you can see where the gum line starts this would be so more comfortable for the dog now soften and gone .

Omg how cute is this little man we've done him and his brother since puppy's and they now have full trims , look how relaxed he is that he fell asleep while Charleigh was trimming him . Melts my heart , this is why it's so important to introduce them at such a young age . 🩵🐶✂️

This seasons Women’s county squad!

Congratulations to all who have made the squad, two highly competitive trials during March saw just over 100 players participate.

The squad now look ahead to their County Championship season, after last years campaign took them all the way to the final, they will hope to go one step further this season!

Proud mum moment as it's been nearly 3 yrs since Charleigh left school and became a dog groomer and it's now been a yr and 4 months since she's fully qualified . She is building a beautiful customer base of her own and we thank all the customers for their support. She is such a caring hard worker and seeing her achieve this at such a young age makes us as parents and myself as her boss very proud . Keep up the hard work Charleigh you will be unstoppable in what ever you put your mind to.
We have an amazing team all running along side each other that work so hard for all your fur babies so I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sophie and Megs too.

Thought this was really good example of what happens when some dogs show owners that they really don't won't to leave you . This is so true and we see it all the time . When your gone they are so happy to come
With us . Owners anxiety can have a massive impact on there dog .

Unfortunately due to the fact some clients are cancelling appointments on the day or turning up late which then throws the rest of the day’s appointments out we are now having to implement a new policy.

A 50% charge will be made if appointments are cancelled on the day as we require at least 24 hours notice.

A phone call would be appreciated if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late. Unfortunately we may have to turn you away as this has a knock on affect with all our other appointments.

We would also like to remind customers that when we contact you to collect your dog we would appreciate it if you would pick them up within a reasonable time as we need the cage spaces for other dogs and to close the shop on time as we have family commitments.
