We aim to ship all orders on the same day with delivery within 2-3 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the progress of the delivery through the courier's notification.
No matter what stage of the grief cycle you're in, just know that your feelings are valid.
What size of pet urn do I need?
The quantity of pet ashes that are returned to their owners varies on several factors.
We recommend speaking with your pet crematorium to calculate the volume of urn you will require. Alternatively, you can calculate the volume online with a volume calculator and the container that has been returned to you.
Choosing an urn with the same capacity or larger will give you peace of mind that all the ashes can be contained. However, you can choose to divide ashes into token amounts to be shared among your family if you wish. You can also choose an even larger urn if you wish to store the ashes of two pets together.
We recommend that you keep ashes contained within a calico bag when placed in an urn. This ensures that should the urn be accidentally damaged that the ashes remain in tact and contained.

Litter picking on Littlehampton Beach – A Dog’s Version Yesterday, we organised for the Petributes team, their families and their dogs to do some litter picking on Littlehampton Beach. Fuelled by a breakfast roll at the Littlehampton Beach café, the team got underway and after an hour of cleaning managed to collect five bags of rubbish! Animals represent an important part of the planet’s biodiversity, but marine animals' lives are being threatened by ocean plastic and marine pollution. The dogs that joined us certainly had a good time meeting each other and playing on the beach. Some even gave a helping hand picking up litter!
