Any no shows / last min cancellations this week will have to pay in full, I can’t afford people to be missing their appointments, this week is really busy. If you’re more than 10 minutes late I wont have time to groom your dog, therefore you will have to pay too.

The reality of teeth cleaning, please read 🥰

I don’t want to sell everyone a dream & say that clean teeth can happen in one session. Especially when your dog isn’t used to having their teeth brushed. Teeth cleaning can be a process over many sessions, it’s important to stay consistent.

I keep my prices affordable at £15 per top up session so that owners can stay consistent with keeping teeth clean & this allows me to do many sessions to get your dog used to the process.

It’s pretty dangerous for me to have my fingers & face near a dogs mouth especially when the dog is showing signs of stress. It’s important to help at home by positively reinforcing brushing their teeth using a toothbrush & doggy toothpaste. Give lots of treats & fuss inbetween ❤️

I often ask owners to rebook 2/3 week intervals so we can tackle the tartar and prevent bad smelling breath & dental diseases little & often without causing stress or a bad experience. Don’t neglect your dogs dental hygiene, it’s vital to their health.

So if I ask you rebook after their first session, please don’t assume I’m trying to ‘make money out of you’. I just want to get those teeth clean! 😫😂 and as I always say, prevention is better than cure! (& will save you hundreds at the vets) 🪥🦷🐶🦴💰

Just a reminder, feel like some people have really took the P! lately and I’ve lost out on a lot of money these last few weeks from no shows or last min cancellations. I completely understand these things can be out of your control and I don’t mind at all if you need to rearrange but like, just have the decency to pay? This is how I make a living and I’m constantly losing out from people just ignoring me when I ask for the fee.

If you’re not happy to pay 50% of your app when you cancel / don’t show last min please don’t book in with me.
