This new visitor is a grand old lady of 17. Unfortunately she is a feisty old girl, so we had to work quickly to clip away any knots, clean her sanitary area and trim her long nails. Thank goodness she has no teeth ☺️

Welcome to another new visitor. Waggy tail Kai enjoyed a roll on the rug after his luxury bath and de-shed. It's amazing how much fur can fly out of a Collie.

One of our superstars Kevin is feeling quite at home. So great to see he doesn't shake anymore when arriving and makes his way straight to the couch. Really pleased he's relaxed, but drying and grooming his underneath is a bit difficult if he doesn't get off his comfy spot.

Rusty was a very good boy for his groom. We had some lovely cuddles and his tail was wagging. He wasn't so keen on his teeth cleaning but was still a star, having the ultrasonic brush on his teeth.

Love our conditioning/detangling coat range. It makes so much difference to the dogs' coats: so soft, fuller coat, much easier to comb through days after a bath. Lovely pensioner Patch had her first visit for a pamper bath and dry, following her earlier meet and greet. She is on the anxious side, but did well. Steady and gently does it, otherwise she gets a bit 'growly'. Lots of reassurance, a comfy rug and quiet dryer.

It was lovely to see our old friend, this lovely girlie for her full groom. She brushes up well. We love her top knot, which is a must stay for her groom. What big paws she has.
