Yes, humans are relegated to the floor in our salon. On my knees for the drying. A dog's life, enjoying the comfort of the sofa. As long as they are relaxed, whatever works. The coats turn out absolutely beautiful with Intense Xtra.

One of my favourite puppy dogs, Ralphie, was an absolute superstar through his two hour groom. He just wagged his tail constantly, asked for lots of cuddles and followed me everywhere when I put him on the floor. He just relaxed on the table and let me do my job. Good boy. Gold star.

Typical Rolo, very strong and bull-headed but was a very good boy for his first visit to our Pad. He had some discomfort with his skin so we gave him a lovely soothing bath, with natural ingredients to help itchy, inflamed skin and sprayed our magic skin product, Anicura, over his coat and skin. His coat turned from dull, scurfy to a lovely shine. He seemed much more comfortable, but his mum and dad will monitor his skin and seek medical help if it persists.

Prices, prices. I'm having to cave in and put my prices up. Over 8 years I have kept prices at a good level, but with my lovely professional shampoos now costing £70 instead of £35 to £40, I cannot absorb all of the increases (plus the crazy utility bills). I want to keep this lovely business going and continue to help dogs and owners, after working so hard to build it up. Some folks have already been made aware of the change. Prices will be advised upon booking. My regular clients (VIPs) will receive offers and discounts going through the year as a thank you. New prices now apply to new clients. Any dematting or extra attention required will incur extra cost. Thank you.
