Exciting news... our expansion is growing ever closer. The unit is starting to take shape. A huge thank you to Martyn @ceningreenpower for offering us this opportunity and supporting our development. It makes a huge difference to have an entrepreneur/philanthropist who believes in your local family business, our produce and ethos. We have sourced many items through Marketplace and so grateful to recycle and upcycle as much as possible. Our family have been a great support offering time, extra pairs of hands and energy to the building works. We have received wonderful feedback from the #headchef @cufoods after we left some samples of our premium 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #microgreens with them: “We used them for our community dining/supper club event, and they went down a treat. We loved them, especially the Micro Broccoli and Red Rubin’s (I believe that’s why they were!). They stayed fresh for long out of the packaging, which was fantastic, and the flavours really came through and looked great on the plate despite being under heat lamps, too!
