🐾🐾Just a quick update and to say Thank you very much for the Christmas gifts and tips — they are truly appreciated, though absolutely not necessary. Your continued custom and support mean a great deal to me.

As we move into the coming year, I will be making some changes to my scheduling and pricing. When you get in touch to book, I will let you know if these changes affect you.

May I also kindly ask that if payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal, it is completed either before or at the time of collection. Cash or card payments are, of course, also perfectly fine.

As you all know my husband and I do alot of fundraising for Charitys and as Mike Brewer has helped us raising funds for Hope Rescue and other charities over the last few years I thought we could return the favour and help his charity.
This Thursday we are meeting up with our good friend and Top Nun supporter wheeler dealer Mike brewer to donate food and children’s toys for the less fortunate for Christmas …

We will be taking as much food and sealed toys as we can… would anyone like to donate some items or funds and we will see if can get a video message for you whilst we are there …...
I am really hoping we can get a car full to show out gratitude to Mike and to help out those who will have very little this Christmas x

If anyone has any dried/tin food or sealed toys they want to donate we are happy for you to drop it at our house in Pontypridd or if local we can collect from you.

We can also take donations via PayPal or bank transfer

Please note that I will be away on holiday from 1st–10th October, so the salon will be closed for grooming appointments during this time.

However, my daughter, who helps me in the salon, will still be available as pet sirtibg for me and is offering reduced-rate baths (£10–£15)as she has missed working with me in the salon .

If you would like to book your pet in with her, please contact her directly on the number below and she will be happy to get you booked in.

*** TRACK DAY RAFFLE ***

After quite a fun day at Llandow last week we have decided to do another track day on 30th August and offer one lucky person the chance to join us for the day as our passenger on circuit.

For a £10 entry you could be a winner and join us for the day, with around 4-5 sessions out on track. Ticket fee covers your entry cost and helmet hire. Remaining proceeds will be donated to our charities.

There are some requirements for this one though...

1 - You must be over 14 years of age and over 1.5mtrs tall
2 - You release the circuit and us from any liability claims should any injury occur.

🐾 Appointment Policy Update 🐾

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows in recent weeks, I will now be implementing a cancellation policy.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee (100%).

I understand things come up, but short notice means I can’t offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list — and unfortunately, that results in a loss of income. I really don’t enjoy putting this in place, but it’s necessary to keep the business running fairly. It’s either this or taking deposits going forward.
