🤕 THANK-YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE 🤒

Just a quick update for my wonderful clients. Sorry it’s a little sad but I just wanted to share my appreciation for your understanding when I am not well. 🤧

As a lot of you know I got diagnosed a few years ago with EDS and marfanoid and had to sadly reduce the number of hours I worked due to spending every second after grooming in bed unable to really live any life due to the pain, subluxation of joints and severely low immune system.

This meant that sometimes I would have to cancel your appointments due to not being able to move or coming down with a chest infection or subluxation of my wrists etc meaning I wouldn’t feel safe grooming your precious pups.

I want to ensure the safest and happiest environment for all your pups as they all mean the absolute world to me!!

I am painfully aware that I may not be able to do this job forever but it truly has always been my dream and so I won’t give up without a fight!! I love chatting to all your dogs while they get groomed like a mad dog lady and dancing around the salon as it’s my happiest place.

So just to say that I get so sad when having to cancel or move your appointments and I absolutely HATE having to do it especially when I can’t fit you back in for a while.

I am overwhelmed with the kind words and understanding when I do have to do this and I completely 100% understand if you need to go elsewhere between grooms as your pups welfare is top priority and I would not in any way be offended!

Thankyou for being all so wonderful and understanding and I do apologise when I do have to move or cancel your appointment but I would never do it unless I really had to.

I appreciate you letting me be part of your amazing dogs lives 🥰

Lots of my clients have started up some wonderful walking businesses lately and
Just to shout of one of my lovely clients who has started her fab pet services this year.

I can highly recommend auntie Shelly’s as she has such care and compassion for her own dogs as well as all the ones she takes care of. ❤️

She is extremely good with the pups and I have every faith that she will get booked out in no time so I would defenitely get in while you can!

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to pop on to say a massive Thankyou for all your love, support, flowers and understanding during this horrible month of being in and out of hospital and unable to even hold my phone to reply to you all :(

It’s been the scariest time of my life and I can’t thank my mum enough for contacting you all and rearranging appointments. Thankyou to everyone who has found somewhere to go in between/ or waited for the next appointment. I really have a lovely bunch of clients and you all mean so much to me!

I finally have come back to work and feeling myself again thank goodness! 🥰 full of energy and happy to be back!! I missed it so much!

Sadly I have had to make some changes and have had to say goodbye to a few of you as due to my health I am unable to do the larger more complicated grooms. It breaks my heart but aslong as I can still groom in some way then that makes me so happy!

and the last month has just shown what happens when I push myself too much!

It’s been a rough year health wise but we are still getting to grips with a new way of living and we are so excited for what next year will hold!
