Been working on easing Sky out for a walk with me, taking it step by step. Today we managed success at her having her lead on, getting in the van & meeting Woody for her first socialisation walk with me. She did so very well today! 💞

Today Mark's 3 years since I qualified as a sniffer dog instructor! 😍🐽

Just a reminder there are still spaces left on the sniffer dog classes upcoming in October for either Thursday mornings at 10am or sunday mornings at 10am.

Scentwork is an amazing tool for anxious/reactive doggos or working breeds that have oodles of energy and is an amazing activity to do with your dog to build strong relationships.

As well as my classes I will be holding, there are group walk sessions at our field location where there are scent walls, scent trails and agility equipment so dogs will get their physical and mental stimulation as well as lots of good socialisation. These walks at the field run monday-friday.

Group adventure spaces available at private field set up as doggy play park 😍✌

All set up with ball pits, paddling pools, obstacles, scent walls, scent trails & much more! There is oodles of opportunity for doggos to get the physical, mental & social stimulation whilst in a safe & secure environment. Pictures to follow once I finish setting it all up & have painted the equipment!

This will be available Monday- Friday. Collection will start around 11am and they will be returned home after all the fun ready for a much needed nap approx 2pm.

Several days have already got dogs booked in for these play park slots so please get in touch to arrange a meet & greet to avoid missing space availability.

Classes & Workshops Available! 🐾

Currently 25% off all classes & workshops!

*Sniffer dog classes* - To improve dogs lives through nose work. Giving dogs a positive scent experience, teaching them to play & work with scent. Building a stronger relationship between you & your dog, helping to channel your dogs focus into a mentally stimulating activity and assisting in hyperactive, nervous or reactive dogs to become more confident on walks. Held on Thursday mornings at 10am. Next available class date starting on 19th of September.

*Mini dog Handler Workshops* - With the rise in children getting bitten, combined with having worked with/witnessed children with dogs, I felt really passionate about teaching children how to handle the family dog, give space to the dog, how to approach dogs and much more. I will be running workshops for Mini Dog Handlers one Sunday per month. Next date will be Sunday 22nd of September at 9am. This will run for approx 2 hours and at the end of the workshop, I will run a graduation for all the children who attended which is a lovely way to wrap up a fun session of learning.

*Beginner & Advanced Puppy Training Classes*
Getting training done right from the off to avoid behaviour modification in the future. Raising and Training the perfect puppy companion can be confusing and incredibly overwhelming. These puppy classes will be covering all of the basics in teaching manners, potty training, basic recall, crate training and walking nicely on the lead. This will lead onto advanced puppy training if you wish to continue your training journey and will involve planned trips out to help bulletproof all that hard work you put in. Classes run for 6 weeks and will be held on Tuesday mornings. Next date available is 17th September at 10am.

So often, I've helped families with training for their dogs and I see it time & time again...people getting too much dog for their lifestyle, needs and commitments. Let me give you a few examples..a busy family who works fulltime getting a working breed such as a german shepherd or border collie, only to realise that they lack time to walk and train it and as a result, the house has been chewed up and they have a nervous/reactive dog when they do take him out. Or seeing a Belgium malinois because they saw someone on instagram with one and it could do really cool things, but coming to realise that the dog doesnt fit into their lifestyle or family and they havent got the ability to give it a job. Sadly, people choosing dog breeds that are not realistic for their lives, leads to dog bites, anxious dogs, dogs ending up in shelters and even being put to sleep.
One Sunday per month, I will be holding a workshop on how to pick a breed that suits your needs, the basics of the first few weeks of training essentials and things you'll need to bring your puppy home.

All classes and workshops will be held at Creekmoor Community Centre.

Socialisation walking spaces available Monday-Friday.

I absolutely love doing the socialisation walks. It's a great opportunity to introduce dogs, or build confidence in dogs to other dogs of all ages and breeds, to new environments and to generally experience some fun walks.

Whether you work full time and need your canine companion walked, or you just want your dog to have fun.

We do lots of fun things such as walks in the woods, setting up snifarri's to challenge some mental stimulation. Swimming in the sea which is my personal favourite and set up obstacles that dogs can play on to burn both mental and physical energy.

Juggling life & walking the dog can be tough..and so can trusting someone else with your furbaby! 🐾

I remember prior to me starting my dog walking business, the anxiety I got over someone else walking my dog to help me out but also knowing I couldn't get back during a working day to give him a wholesome walk. The worry over someone else being able to protect him and give him the love I would. The patience he needed because of his quirks. To keep him safe from harm.

That's why I felt it so important to provide wholesome walks that provide both mental & physical stimulation. To build up good relationships with my clients and keep them updated regularly and to ensure that their walk is tailored to them by getting to know them first during solo adventures to ensure they will be in the best hands possible.

Beginners Scentwork classes and workshops are now launching for 2024! 🐽

One of my most popular services and here's why..scent work is an absolutely profound way to stimulate your dog, build confidence and a great bonding tool for both your dog & yourself. It's particularly good for hyperactive dogs and reactive/anxious dogs. Studies have shown that just 20 minutes of scentwork activities is just as affective (if not more) than an hours worth of running around...plus it's really fun!

Classes are held at a secure private field. Each class or workshop will be limited spaces due to keeping numbers low enough that each work station can be spread apart enough to give dogs & their hooman sufficient space to fully engage with no distractions and managing stress, anxiety and excitement levels.
Bronze level scentwork classes or workshops can then progress onto higher levels and trials once you and your dog are confident! 🐕‍🦺

Spaces available on group adventure walkies 🐾

Groups are kept to a maximum of 4 dogs to ensure all dogs are vigilantly watched and all have the care & lovings they deserve.

Dogs will initially be walked on a one to one basis for me to get to know their personalities and form a bond with them before selecting the correct group of dogs for them to join.

We also have use of our own private & enclosed field which is set up with games and enrichment sniffing stations to ensure dogs are both mentally and physically stimulated.
