They were born on the 7/1/25, litter of 8 puppies all healthy and well, 2 of them are still looking for a family. cocker spaniels 😃

Alfie the jackadoodle came in last Thursday for a dental, he is nearly 15 years old and the owners were very worried about the procedure taking into account in age. Kate the vet was fantastic with him and completed the procedure and all went great. Alfie is no longer in pain and his bad breath has gone completely, 😃 he had so much love and cuddles from the practice team. We wish Alfie all the best. The first photo is Alfie coming around and the second photo is of him happily having a lift in his carrier! 😃 x

This is Strider 🐾 he came in for his final puppy vaccinations today with one of our nurses, Milly, meaning in 1 week he can start to explore the outside world! Strider is a very brave boy, and is too excited about his vet visit (and all the treats) to notice the injection. We love to make every visit as positive as possible for you and your pet 🥰

For our next instalment of Mind Matters March, we have the lovely Twig modelling different types of treat feeders. There are many on the market and they are not just limited to dogs, they are the perfect toy for cats and even rabbits and guinea pigs. These types of feeders encourage the use of their nose and their brains to work out how to dispense the treat and then make sure they don’t miss any! If your pet is watching their weight, these can also be used with some of their normal kibble from their daily allowance #mindmattersmarch #mentalenrichment #waltonlodgevetspoole
