The Cohesion Cup MyRounders Tournament returns for 2025 and promises to be even bigger and better!

Come and join us on Sunday 10th August for a fun filled day at Port Talbot Town Cricket Club, as 15 teams battle it out to become this years winners 🥇

Due to unforeseen circumstances we have made the decision to postpone the current couch to 5km programme until further notice . We would like to sincerely apologise to those who have already started and will offer and advice and signpost anyone who wishes to continue a couch to 5km programme.

FREE Couch to 5k starts again tomorrow evening meeting at the bulldogs for 5:30pm . A 12 week progression to enable complete beginners complete 5km ! Everyone welcome !

An update on Aaron Leopold Bird fight

Gutted for our fighter Aaron Bird tonight, had a hard 10 week training camp, made weight and was ready for the fight of his life. Boxing can be a cruel sport sometimes but the main thing is Kyle Davies is safe and ready to fight another day. This is just a small bump in the road, on 16th August, same belts, same opponent just a different venue, a long awaited homecoming for Aaron Bird in Swansea 🥊

Aaron Bird statement
“Absolutely devastated to write this, my fight title fight tomorrow is off. I have trained for weeks for this and was in the shape of my life and confident of bringing home the titles.

This is no fault of my own, unfortunately my opponent was involved in a car accident on the way to the weigh in.

All is not lost, the Title fight has been rescheduled for 16th August in my hometown of Swansea.

For anyone that has bought tickets for tomorrow night, your tickets will be rolled over for the next show.

I wish Kyle Davies a speedy recovery and l look forward to sharing the ring with you in 6 weeks 🥊”
