Wooohooo Helen and Margot!! We are super proud to announce that Margot is now a Gold dog after passing her Silver award last week. Helen is a fantastic trainer ( with our help of course 😁 )and she has lots of determination to work through the classes. Always asking questions and making sure that she’s doing things the right way; we love seeing Helen and her enthusiasm each week. As part of The Academy, our clients are welcomed to question our methods and ideas so that they fully understand why and how they can get the most from their dogs and give their dogs the best lives. Congratulations Helen; you and the lovely Margot are fantastic examples of what we at The Academy want to achieve. Now … go for Gold!! 😀 🐾🐾

Awwwww we are so proud of Bex and Sunny for passing Bronze! When Bex and her family first brought Sunny along, he was a bit of a handful; a very bouncy lively pup with a mind of his own. Needing him to be under manners as he is such a big strong boy and they have young children, they came along and with our help and guidance and Bex’s determination especially, Sunny is a different dog. They definitely deserve to have passed Bronze, and are now enjoying the new challenges in Silver class! Keep up the good work Bex and family! Congratulations 😁🐾

🎄⛄This Christmas we invite you to join us for a Christmas charity event in aid of Rowans Hospice. Proceeds from the name the dog will be donated to a dog charity which will be drawn on the day from everyone’s vote out of a hat (or bowl or similar). ⛄🎄

🤶🎅Date of our Santa Paws Charity event 14th of December 2024. One hour time slots from 9 am to 1 pm.🤶🎅

To book your ticket please email [email protected] , you will then receive an email detailing how to book your dogs ticket for their one hour time slot. The payment methods will also be included in this email.

🤶🎅Entry is £15.00 for 1 dog, add an additional dog for £5.00 extra. A digital photo will be sent directly to your email or WhatsApp. When booking your place please send your preferred method with details. 🤶🎅

Have a go at Rally Obedience, work your way through a course of different exercises, make it to the end and earn your dog a treat.

There will be A doggy Bakery with Christmas goodies for your dog's stocking. Individually priced with all profit going to charity.

Toys and natural chews and collars, tags and leads to order or buy on the day.

Lots of tombola prizes to be won. Tickets £2.00 per try or 3 tickets for £5.00.

Tea, coffee, soft drinks, and festive food will be available for the price of a small donation.

🐶Name the Dog & pop the name of your favourite dog charity in a hat🐶
Find the name of this gorgeous dog (see photo) and bring him home for Christmas.
£1.00 per go.

Everyone who takes part in 'name the dog' please write your nominated dog charity on a piece of paper fold it up and put it in the hat. We will then video the winning dog charity being pulled out of the hat. Please note the charity must be registered.
🎄Important Refunds & Please Notes🎄

Refunds: If you are unable to attend we will refund your £15.00 as long as you notify us before the 6th of December.

This event may not be suitable for dogs that are nervous or feel uncomfortable in busy enclosed areas. There will be approximately 10 to 15 dogs in the sports hall at any one time.

We will not use your photos unless you give written permission to do so.

Congratulations to Rachel and Megan with Franklin and our own Amy with Kya on passing their Bronze awards!! Although Bronze is just one step up from Foundation,it is the putting together of all of those exercises to the best standard that counts so sometimes it may take more than 1 or 2 courses to pass but we really want you and your dogs to get the best from us and it be a great achievement for you and your dogs. So very well done to you two and your lovely dogs!! 🐾🙂🎉

Aaah congratulations to the Fleming family who have all worked together to train little Ivy and her sister Coco. Ivy is the first to pass Bronze and we are very impressed how hard these humans work; we’ve had sweat and we’ve had tears and now we’ve had celebrations. Just look at little Olive’s face; so proud that she and Eloise have passed Silver! This pair have been spotted by me recently on 2 occasions doing their training! And once at 7am in the morning working on loose lead walking along Copnor Rd! That’s dedication for you and shown by passing Silver. Well deserved and I am looking forward to watching them progress in Gold!! Very well done Eloise and Olive!! 😁🐾🥈
