Every week with these guys was filled with so much fun and really awesome training. We can’t wait to continue working with these SUPER clever puppies and their humans in Bronze Skills. 🥉

Apologies they’re late, but here are the absolutely fabulous Silver Skills graduates from Monday!

Rufus, Tess and their classmates who were unable to attend the final class all did a brilliant job of all their training. I think the Simon Says party game to proof their stays in graduation week was possibly one of the best things I’ve seen in class… in addition to all of the other wonderful tasks and skills you achieved in the past 6 weeks.

I have been a little bit obsessed with this gorgeous girl since I did a pre-puppy class 121 with her and her family, and I am very lucky that I get to see her every week at the moment. Some of you may recognise Marple the English Shepherd from our current Puppy School class! Her family wanted a little bit of help to manage and work with Marple's keenness for showing off her early shepherd skills through her biting.

Marple's family were already doing lots of brilliant things with her, such as maintaining a great schedule with plenty of nap time and giving her lots of high quality chews and games, but we also wanted to put her razor sharp intelligence to use with working the ability to settle and interact with her humans in a less shark-like fashion. We encouraged these new skills as a really nice foundation for her life with her family, whilst still wanting to respect and enjoy her puppyhood. I am so pleased to hear that her parents are really happy that our training has made a big difference for them!

World Mental Health Day lets break the Stigma of Mental Health. Dogs can be the best medicine for mental health getting us out for walks and given us a reason to get up. Not only do we teach pet dogs we also mentor owner trained assistance dogs not only for physical disabilites but for those hidden disabilites including mental health conditions. We see how a dog can transform a persons life and having their companion with them 24 hours a day gives their owners a new lease of life, dogs are awesome 💪🐾.

🍂🐶🍁We have new classes starting at Milton Village Community Association on Wednesday next week, including ONE space just become available on our Puppy course at 7pm and a few spaces on Bronze Skills at 8pm! 🍂🐶🍁

Join our fun 6-week courses, where you and your dog will learn essential life skills like recall, loose lead walking, and some impressive tricks to show off this festive season! With small class sizes and a super friendly atmosphere, we focus on kind, positive reward-based training. Our carefully managed puppy greeting and socialisation programme ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Plus, you’ll get access to the Puppy School manual, along with special offers from Nature's Menu*, Pet Remedy, and Tug-E-Nuff. All training is led by a certified instructor, accredited by PACT, ABTC, and Puppy School.

Our next courses are starting:
- Wed 16th Oct: 7pm Puppies ONE SPACE, 8pm Bronze Skills (few spaces)
- Mon 11th Nov: 5.45pm Puppies, 6.45pm Bronze Skills
- Wed 4th Dec**: 7pm Puppies. 8pm Bronze Skills (**please note no classes on 25th Dec or 1st Jan)
- Mon 6th Jan: 5.45pm Puppies, 6.45pm Bronze Skills

Puppy classes are for fully vaccinated puppies younger than 20weeks old at start of course. Bronze Skills classes are for dogs aged 20 weeks+. Classes are based at Milton Village Community Hall on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

A big, big well done to these super duper Bronze Skills dogs for graduating their course last night! Brew and Barley were so unbelievably smart and their parents so good at their training that I had to keep on coming up with extra hard exercises for them! Amazing work. 🎓🎓😍😍

If so, you're in luck because we have space on our Bronze Skills training courses that are starting soon!

Bronze Skills classes are for puppies who have graduated our Puppy School course or dogs aged 20 weeks+. We will be working on life skills covered in the Bronze level Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen assessment... plus LOADS more! We also cover a load of different exercises to improve life skills like loose lead walking and recall, plus trick training, body awareness, and confidence building. There should be something for every pup in this six week course!

Our next courses are starting:
- Mon 23rd Sept: 7.45pm Silver Skills FULL.
- Mon 30th Sept: 5.45pm Puppies FULL, 6.45pm Bronze Skills
- Wed 16th Oct: 7pm Puppies, 8pm Bronze Skills.
