🏆🏅 🥳🐾🤩🐾🏆🏅A huge congratulations to Kirstie & Baelin for Passing Gold on the 31st of January 2025. For such a young dog he has achieved so much, passing Gold obedience just being one achievement under his belt. Kristie and Baelin love to keep busy, as they attend AMCBT Rally obedience and AMCBT UK Sniffer dog training as well!!! He is such a dear little boy and is so lucky to have Kirstie as his human. They truly are a great team and we love seeing them each weekend at Portchester (Saturdays) AMCBT! 🏆🏅 🥳🐾🤩🐾🏆🏅

🥳🐾🐾🤩Congratulations to little Gigi for passing Silver this January. Gigi is a very confident little dog as well as being very sweet and lively. Well done to her humans for helping Gigi work through the different exercises. It's not always plain sailing and that's where commitment and not giving up really come into play, and all 3 have definitely shown this brilliant attitude. In addition to this, we had £100 raised and donated to German Shepherd Rescue South

Totalling £781.60 raised for our charities.

A massive thank you to our owners and our dogs for coming along to see our Santa Paws on 14th December. We had the most magical day with you and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

We don't have a final total as we are awaiting confirmation from Rowans on the total raised in the collection tins, however we can update you on what we have raised so far.

£443 from Ticket sales, Bakery & Tombola sales for Rowans Hospice

£100 from Name The Teddy which is being donated to German Shepherd Rescue South.

🤶🎅SANTA PAWS Charity Event in aid of Rowans Hospice🤶🎅If anyone fancies popping along to Castle View Academy Allaway Avenue. 🎄⛄This Christmas we invite you to join us for a Christmas charity event in aid of Rowans Hospice. Proceeds from the name the dog will be donated to a dog charity which will be drawn on the day from everyone’s vote out of a hat (or bowl or similar). ⛄🎄

🤶🎅Date of our Santa Paws Charity event 14th of December 2024. One hour time slots from 9 am to 1 pm.🤶🎅

To book your ticket please email [email protected] , you will then receive an email detailing how to book your dogs ticket for their one hour time slot. The payment methods will also be included in this email.

🤶🎅 A photo with Santa Paws and a Santa gift bag big enough to fill with all the goodies on sale in the hall, we have added to the bag a few fun items to get you started.

🤶🎅Entry is £15.00 for 1 dog, add an additional dog for £5.00 extra. A digital photo will be sent directly to your email or WhatsApp. When booking your place please send your preferred method with details. 🤶🎅

Lots of tombola prizes to be won. Tickets £2.00 per try or 3 tickets for £5.00.

Tea, coffee, soft drinks, and festive food will be available for the price of a small donation.

🐶Name the Dog & pop the name of your favourite dog charity in a hat🐶
Find the name of this gorgeous dog (see photo) and bring him home for Christmas.
£1.00 per go.

Everyone who takes part in 'name the dog' please write your nominated dog charity on a piece of paper fold it up and put it in the hat. We will then video the winning dog charity being pulled out of the hat. Please note the charity must be registered.
🎄Important Refunds & Please Notes🎄

Refunds: If you are unable to attend we will refund your £15.00 as long as you notify us before the 6th of December.

This event may not be suitable for dogs that are nervous or feel uncomfortable in busy enclosed areas. There will be approximately 10 to 15 dogs in the sports hall at any one time.

We will not use your photos unless you give written permission to do so.

🥳🤩🥰We are going to miss you all in our Saturday puppy class. You have all been amazing and we wish you all well for the future. It has been great seeing all your puppies & young dogs grow in confidence during the course and learn some very important life skills to keep them safe during their lifetime. Remember to keep the training up and above all else have the best fun with them whilst doing so. Take care and we look forward to seeing those of you returning to continue in the Bronze class. 🥳🤩🥰

🥳🤩🤩🥳 A very big Congratulations to Mery and Kloy for passing Gold. It has been quite a journey for Mery & Kloy having to have a break due to problems with her health. We had to amend her sit stay as she finds it very uncomfortable to stay in this position for long, so sending Mery outside the hall we substituted difficulty for duration. I love their Gold graduation photo such a lovely family for Kloy to celebrate her well-deserved achievement with. P.s No treat pouch is ever safe with Kloy around, so if you ever meet her and have an academy treat pouch on you, run, she knows what's in there🤣!! 🥳🤩🤩🥳

Start of a new course and an early one for the 8.45 am Rally class. Today we went back to basics level 1. Sit down sit, is a really important exercise, 1 cue (can be visual and verbal but must be carried out at the same time). Although basic the dog and handler must be aware of everything thing they do. Not as easy as you think. We are visiting a higher level next week and perfecting this will help with the class lesson. Keep practicing your pivot, remember left and right, but progress this very slowly for a solid foundation.

🐾🐾😍😍So this week in our Gold plus Rally class they were each tasked with designing their own mini Rally course.. Here is Fiona our trainee instructor and River working through their course. 🐾🐾😍😍

Last week of this course and we are so proud of you all. Working in close proximity to each other and all your dogs are focusing on the task at hand. This is such a great exercise for any dog, working together as a team to find the hidden treats. Who said training your dog is no fun!!
