😤🚫 NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS 🚫😤

There is nothing more damaging (or frustrating!) to a small business than customers who don’t show up for their appointment, or customer who cancel at the very last minute.

When we book your dogs in for their appointments, they are booked in for a time slot of anywhere between 1 and 3 hours depending on their breed, if you don’t bring your dog to their appointment, we cannot fill that time meaning that we’re not only sitting around twiddling our thumbs (feeling VERY cross!), we’re also as a business losing money and NOT EARNING.

The average groomer loses somewhere between £100-£400 per month in no shows and late cancellations. PER MONTH!! 😱 over a year that between £1200 - £4800.

Imagine having that amount of money taken out of your wages each month and think about how that would affect you. It’s a huge loss!

Despite how it may appear and as much as we adore our job, which we honestly do, we are here to work and do what we do best, which also means we are here to earn a living and we can only do that if you bring your dogs to their appointments.

I am now starting to charge for no shows and cancellations less then 48 hours notice, which is when all the reminders go out for appointments, the fee will be the full price of the groom and I really hope this helps to explain why it is so necessary.
