We’re thrilled to welcome Faye to our team! 🎉

Faye holds the iPet Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming & Salon Management qualification with years of hands-on experience working with dogs. Before stepping into the world of grooming, she spent six years dog sitting in Australia, caring for pups of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. 🐾

Her passion for dogs has now led her to grooming, where she’s dedicated to making your furry friends look and feel their best.✨We’re so happy to have her on board and can’t wait for you all to meet her!

We know appointments have been fully booked for weeks, so we’re expanding our team to offer more availability for everyone! 🎉 With Faye now on board, you’ll have more chances to get an appointment. We will still be giving your dog that 1-2-1 experience. One dog to one groomer at a time so rest assured your dogs safety and wellbeing is always our main priority.

Bookings are now open from 3rd April! You can book online and simply select Faye when booking, or text/DM us for more info. 💕🐕

🥳EXCITING ANNOUNCMENT🥳

I am excited to tell you that Joanna will be joining Potters Paws full time on 15th July!

Some of you may recognise Joanna as she has been gaining experience working here alongside successfully completing her Level 3 Animal Management qualification. Joanna has decided she wants to further her education and study her dog grooming apprenticeship here at PP!

Joanna will start off her qualification learning prep work (bathing, drying, brushing etc) and will go onto clipping/scissoring later on. Joanna will be fully trained by Olivia so we will be offering discounted grooms when she is learning the haircuts!

This also means we will have more availability! We will still be working 1-2-1. One dog per groomer so a maximum of two dogs in the salon at one time.

PLEASE READ
Due to an increase in late cancellations and no shows we will now be taking deposits for every booking.

For regular customers - you can roll your deposit over which means you won’t have to pay a deposit each time.

When booking online - once we have approved your booking request, you will then get sent a payment link. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

When booking over the phone or in the salon - you will be emailed a link to pay the deposit. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

This only applies to future bookings made from this date onwards. Any appointments already booked won’t need to pay a deposit.
