We have just emailed out our invoices for this week from our new accounts system 😱😂 Please bare with us if there are some teething problems!

If you have already paid in branch PLEASE ignore this email. It sends all the invoices in bulk, the same way as the old system, the only difference is it is for the days actually attended that week not predicted attendance for the coming week.

Hey folks!

Just a heads up that we are changing things around in regards to our online invoicing.

Currently, you receive an invoice on a Friday for the week predicted. (Week following the date of the invoice)

As of 6th September, you will receive an invoice on a Friday for the days attended that week.

This will only affect the customers who choose to pay via the Pay Now link. Nothing will change for those that pay in branch.

As some early birds will already be aware, Station Road is closed this morning due to a fire at the car garage! We have unfortunately been informed that nobody is likely to be allowed down Club Street until later tonight. Unfortunately this means we will be unable to open our doors this morning. Our Grooming and Spa services, the techniques employed and products we use, are designed with the comfort and health of your dog considered central to our approach 4. The products we sell in our boutique provide value for money and we pride ourselves in understanding them and being able to offer sound advice on those most suitable for your dog.

These values are reflected every day in our daycare, with games, mental stimulation, rest, play and socialisation, allowing your dog to enjoy themselves and learn in a safe, friendly environment.
