Another day of fitness fun at Fit Fur Purpose 💪🏼💜

At Fit Fur Purpose we ensure all of your furry friends fitness needs are met but doing daily canine conditioning, using our equipment your pup will continuously work on their upper body strength ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way🤩

Jess’s progress has been so amazing to see, she is so eager every week to work on her balance and strength, she is the best on our balance disc🤩

Mikkel is a superstar when it comes to balancing not only his front paws but his back paws on our fit paws mini bones, just look at that little man go😍

At Fit Fur Purpose allowing the time for rest is such an important part of our daily routine. 😴

After our morning walk our dogs love to have a little siesta gearing themselves up for their canine conditioning activities.🥳

Once the little ones have had their dinners, a snooze is always a great way to allow their dinners to settle all ready for another fun filled afternoon of playtime🧸

As we all know bonfire night can be a little scary for our furry friends therefore its important to practice the right techniques to ensure they are the most comfortable tonight💜

The act of sniffing and finding treats release endorphins which can help reduce stress and promote relaxation.

On the run up to bonfire night we made sure to incorporate puzzle games and snuffle mats to ease them in preparation 🥰

🐾 Huge thanks to Tori Brown for joining us to give our furry friends free spinal checks (and some extra cuddles)! It was wonderful to meet her and learn about how to spot signs of discomfort in dogs and the amazing treatments she offers. Our pups were so well-behaved and clearly loved their time with her! 🌟

Some signs your dog may benefit from a spinal check:

1. if your dog shows signs if weakness, lack of coordination or has difficulty walking.

2. Older dogs are more likely to experience spinal discomfort caused by issues such as arthritis and degenerative disc disease.

3. Certain breeds are more susceptible to spinal issues than others for example, Dachshund’s and Bulldogs.

4. Spinal checks can help to identify potential issues before leading to possible injuries.

Who’s getting into the Halloween spirit? We know we are!! The pups loved their apple pup cups today, our halloween festivities have only just begun.🎃👻

Nessy is loving her scenic autumn walks down the canal, she couldn’t be more content with our new location☺️

Digging in to her first halloween treat, Freya loves nothing more than a good pup cup, especially when theres apples involved 😋🍎

Another little one on her first day smashing it out the park!! Pickle started off wobbly but with some desensitisation work and lots of encouragement she engaged that core to the fullest of her potential, great job Pickle 🤩
