The pups have been enjoying the sunshine all week, spending their days basking in the warm rays and soaking up the summer vibes.☀️🐾 With tails wagging and tongues out, they’ve been cooling off in the pools, taking playful dips and lounging in the water between zoomies.💦 We’ve been giving out plenty of licky mats filled with tasty treats to keep them cool! 🍓🍉🫐 It’s been a week full of sunshine, smiles, and lots of splashes for our furry friends!

☀️Heatwave Alert! Keep Your Pets Safe! 🐶🐾

With temperatures set to rise over the next few days, it’s essential to keep our furry friends cool and comfortable! Dogs can easily suffer from heatstroke, which can be life-threatening.

Here are some simple tips to prevent overheating:

✅ Always provide fresh, cool water – keep multiple water bowls around the house and garden.
✅ Avoid walks during the hottest parts of the day (usually 10 AM - 6 PM). Opt for early morning or late evening.
✅ Never leave dogs in parked cars – even a few minutes can be fatal!
✅ Offer cool mats, or shaded areas for resting.
✅ Try dog-safe frozen treats or ice cubes for a refreshing snack.
✅ Watch for warning signs of heatstroke:
• Excessive panting
• Drooling
• Lethargy or confusion
• Vomiting
• Red gums or tongue
• Collapse

🚨 If you notice these signs, act fast:

Move your dog to a shaded, cool spot immediately.

Offer small amounts of water

Wet coat throughly with cold water

✖️ DO NOT place wet towels over your dog for any length of time, this can act as an insulator , trapping heat against the body.

🐾✨ It’s been a fun-filled week at daycare! ✨🐾

We had a week packed with zoomies, snuggles, sunshine, and wagging tails — and it was made even more special because we got to welcome back not one, but two of our old pack members: Henry and Jax! 🐶❤️🐶

Henry and Jax jumped right back in like they never left — bringing so much joy, playfulness, and love to the whole crew. It’s always the best feeling seeing old friends reunite and new friendships blossom!

At K9-Club, every day is an adventure, especially when the sun is shining! ☀️ Our pups love spending time outdoors in the garden, they have been enjoying playing on the slide, running like crazy! and soaking up the sunshine with their furry friends.🐾⚽️
Our hearts (and treat jars) are full after such a fun-filled week! So many happy paws, playful moments, and cuddles all around. Grateful for every wag, woof, and wonderful pup that made it so special 🐶💛
