Did you know:
If you have a pacemaker, you can put it in your Will to have your pacemaker donated to a dog in need after you pass. Pacemakers cannot be donated to another human, but they can be donated to dogs with cardiac issues who would depend on it to stay alive.
You can have the pacemaker brought to a vet of your choice. So many of those get thrown away and dogs die because people don't know they can do this. It even saves the dog's owner the cost of the actual pacemaker which sometimes means the difference in being able to afford lifesaving treatment or not.

How to make an anxiety wrap for your dog using a scarf or length of fabric/bandage to try and reduce their stress levels/fear and help make them feel more secure which I thought was useful to share with you all. Also remember to walk your dogs before it gets dark if you can and to keep them on a secure lead, even just for garden toilet visits too, incase of any unexpected bangs so they don’t bolt or clear a fence in panic 🐶 Keep your cats in as much as possible and close the curtains and keep the tv/radio turned up. Stay safe everyone and your four legged friends ❤️🐾😍

We are thinking of starting a doggie social club…. If you have a social dog, who would enjoy some play mates please drop us a message and register your interest as places will be limited!

This would entail you and your dogs meeting at Goosnargh Dog Field for an hour to let your dogs play in a secure and safe field! 🐾🐶

**EDIT** this is open to all but will be limited spaces per meeting 🐶 also if you have any specific meets you’d like us to organise like puppy meets, OAP meets, small breed meets etc, please do get in touch 😊🐶🐾

Thank you to all that participated in our dog first aid training today! Thank you to Dog first aid cheshire for delivering the course, I would highly recommend Lorraine to anybody interested in hosting the course or participating in one of her courses! I hope you all found it as enjoyable and informative as I did! And thank you to Wendy Harrison for helping with the catering, your cakes were first class as per usual and sorting the facilities, I really appreciate your support 😊
