At the moment the widnes studio doesn't look much like a studio as we are building sets for a new shoot coming up so there's glue everywhere.

The little guy in this photo is now 2 years old its lovely being able to look back and see how he looked compared to now and see just how much he has changed.

This is why our pup and up is a good way to keep these memories why not book a session if you've just got a new little puppy.

They bring so much joy and love into our lives, and their absence leaves a void that is difficult to fill. It's important to allow yourself time to grieve and remember all the happy memories you shared with your furry friend. It's okay to feel sad and to miss them deeply.

Above all, remember that your dog will always hold a special place in your heart, and their memory will live on through the love and joy they brought into your life. Take comfort in knowing that they are at peace, and that they will always be a cherished member of your family.

We lost molly last year and that was really hard , a week before she died we had her out taking pictures looking as lovely as ever

Some really good advice

SUDDEN WIND OVERNIGHT AND TODAY - take extra care for your furry friends!

Please check all fences and gates BEFORE letting your pets out this morning. Don’t just assume everything is as you left it last night, do a manual check of gates and your whole fence before letting your dog into your garden.

Check on animals who may live outside (eg birds/small animals/outdoor cats), make sure they are safe and comfortable. The wind is making it feel colder than it has been recently, so they may need some extra bedding or a cover over their shelter area.

SECURE YOUR DOGS when walking - use two points of contact and high visibility equipment if possible. ANIMALS CAN SPOOK EASILY IN THE WIND and quickly become disorientated or likely to run away if a gust of wind moves things around, so be aware of increased escape risk even on walks. This is very important for all dogs but especially newly adopted, nervous or foreign dogs. It’s worth the extra few minutes of planning to keep them safe 🙏🏼

This is Baloo the Rottweiler
If you're relatively new to my world, you may not have seen or heard much about him.. yet.
Ball is my soul pet and plays a major role in my life. So you may see him sneak into my content from time to time.
I thought it'd be fun if you knew a bit more about him.
Let's start with a few likes and dislikes and facts shall we
Likes...
🐶 Baloo has the ability to steal 3 or more tea towels a day, crocs, shoes, pillows basically anything he can rag around in the garden for chase games.
🐶 Baloo lives for slices of ham as he is raw fed.
🐶 Baloo insists on boiled and scrabbled eggs when we have them. That's my wee treat for him anyway that his dad doesn't do.
🐶 Baloo when we hoover insists that he is hoovered too, guess it means I dont find as many dog hairs around.
🐶 Baloo likes herding the chickens

Dislikes...
🐾 Baloo isn't very fond of treats unless its a bone or chew he can bury and make maggoty for a few days.
🐾 Baloo doesn’t like delivery men and chases them down the road. Although the bin men love him and stop for a chat and give him a biscuit. Maybe the delivery men should start bringing biscuits round with them :)

😘 Here's my top tip this Wednesday! 😘

There are a few essentials that you’ll need to collect before bringing your dog home. These include a dog bed, kennel or dog crate, and food and water bowls. But, dogs need lots of activity and stimulation.
As you begin training, there are a few things you need for your new pup. Here’s a quick list:
Chew toy(s) for teething puppies
Interactive dog toy(s) puzzles and balls
Lots of training treats on hand
Sturdy leash and harness for walking
Adjustable collar for your dog's tags
Brush for combing / removing dog hair
Trimmers for your dog's nails
Toothbrush and gel
Enzyme cleaner for accidents
Anti-chew spray
Water bottle or clicker for training
P**p bags for pet messes

💕 I’ve had a few people hopping into my inbox this week asking about our photoshoots. 💕
A few common questions cropped up, so I thought I’d answer them here in case you’ve been wondering the same.
🐾 How long would the session be?
This depends on your dog. We take as long as it takes , we don’t say it’s a hour and stop hen like some photographers, we work with your dog to make them calm and enjoy the session. If at any point the dog appears to be upset we can ask you to take the dog for a quick wee to give them a break. But rest assured, there will be plenty of breaks in between to ensure it’s an enjoyable experience for your dog.
🐾 Can we have our picture with our dog?
Of course you can just let us know we will gladly make a picture that memories are made of
🐾 Can you bring your own treats?
Of course you can, sometimes there’s a dog that will only eat those treats so bring them along it will help.

Happy Monday everyone did you all have a great weekend.
We had a very hairy one 😂 trying to groom Hunter . We can only do one as it's hard for us bathing and trimming but Harley just had to jump on the table too so had to do something for him .
