Molly needs a loving home
Update Friday 10th November - despite numerous enquiries and several applications we do not yet have a suitable home for Molly 😞. I reiterate that she needs PET FREE, this includes cats. No young children (this includes babies) and due to the need for her to be able to decompress she needs a secure, private garden. If you have applied and we have not contacted you please pm us, we have tried to contact all applicants but have been unable to get a response from most 🥴. Molly remains urgent, she is incredibly sad in kennels 🙏🏻
We absolutely appreciate so much love for her but please read the post in full.

I don’t even know how to write this post, we have tried and tried to find a home for our beautiful Molly, and failed, epically.
Molly is in kennels, she has been there since Friday and she is broken. We knew she would struggle but its more than struggle, she’s heartbroken, she’s confused and she’s scared and I feel completely at a loss as to how to help.
We knew Molly was losing her foster placement, we thought she had a home to go to. Until that home did a u-turn, leaving us with no option but to put Molly into kennels at the very last minute. I could rant about many things in relation to this sequence of events, but what’s the point, it changes nothing. I did a plea on my own personal page and had an influx of people trying to help but all had other animals. Molly HAS to be in a pet free home. Anything else would be too stressful for her and undoubtedly result in her losing that place as well. Molly is dog reactive, I don’t know how else I can make that clear. She WILL react to dogs. She has lost her placement because she is dog reactive. She’s always been dog reactive. This wasn’t news!! It can be managed. It can be worked with. It may never be cured but follow the advice and use the tools given and it’s manageable.
When she is in kennels she shuts down, this means that the reactivity is simply not present to be worked with. She loses all of her spark and very quickly withdraws into herself. She has done this now. Within 3 days. She is in private boarding in Essex, the kennel owner has been amazing but has said that it’s breaking her heart to see such a magnificent animal shutting down so quickly 💔.
Molly needs a home. She is a 3 year old cane corso, a big strong girl but the sweetest thing with her people. She is (I say it again) dog reactive. She needs a savvy, sensible person who is willing to take the time that is needed to work with or around this. No small children because Molly can redirect when she’s very stressed.
Can you offer Molly either a foster home just to get her out of kennels and allow us to continue to work to find her a forever, or even better a forever home. Can you give this girl a lifeline? There are, for some dogs, a fate worse than death. Kennels is not a life for Molly, she is deeply, deeply unhappy and we know this will only get worse as time goes on.
Please help us to help our beautiful girl by sending her viral. Her person will be out there. We have to find them. 🙏🏻
