Right now there are gas works on Common Lane, where Loom Lane ends. This has closed off the road at that junction.
I have sketched a quick map of the route I had to take to get to our store today, in the hope it helps someone. The works will probably continue till Friday this week.

Happy New Year everyone. Our first Christmas went well, and the Radlett store had its best month so far. Thank you to all of our growing number of regulars, and we have enjoyed meeting lots of new customers and their dogs over the past few weeks. We have done pretty well over the past few days, even though the Bull Pen and everyone else has been having a long break. We are shut tomorrow, and back to normal on Thursday. I am now off to a friend's house to have a drink or five 🥂🍾. Happy New Year!

The Acana loyalty scheme is coming to a close this year, so if you think you have a card with us, you might want to complete your card in the next few days. Give us a call, or come in, and we can let you know if you have a card and how many more bags you need to buy to get your free one.

Christmas Eve: 9:00 till 16:30
25th, 26th & 27th December we will be closed.
28th till the 31st December we are open normal hours.
New Year's Day: Closed. After that, back to normal.

If you were shopping with us five years ago, you might remember these dog treats. They are made from 85% fresh meat, sealed in individual tear-off strips. We used to sell LOADS of these, but they are a Spanish import, and they became unavailable in the UK a few years ago. Now they have a new importer, and they are back in our stores. £4.99 for a roll of 16 sticks.

Silicone treat mats, silicone slow-feed bowls, dog-shaped door-stops, camel skin rolls (very tough and long lasting chews), silicone treat pouches with magnetic closure, in a range of colours, and some tough little mini balls on a rope, going for £1.50.

We are now stocking BullyBillows products! To start with, we have the 5cm Combat Collars, ladder leads, and treat bags. The combat collars are super-strong with a grab handle, and the ladder leads are stitched so that they have multiple grab-points along their length. We are stocking a fairly limited range to start with, but if you want us to order anything in, then ask.

We now have a few Christmas toys for cats. We have cat stockings, which contain meaty treats and a catnip-filled gingerbread man, Kong Kickeroo characters, Crackles Christmas trees, and little soft teddies, all stuffed with catnip. These are hanging with the other Christmas toys at the front of the shop.

Hello Radlett. In our store in Hemel Hempstead, we are going to start stocking Bully Billows products; wide collars with grab handles, and ladder-leads. These products help you to have the best control of the larger, more powerful breeds. If this is of interest, then let me know, and I will introduce these products to Radlett.

As well as wild bird food, we are now stocking food for hedgehogs, and swans, ducks and geese. We only have convenient little bags on the shelf, but if you want to order something bigger, then ask! For example, I can order in a 15kg bag of floating complete duck food for for £24.99.
