Butterflies & bees are a common visitor to the flower field & fascinating to watch.
We’ve left a border of nettles around the area & this apparently is the Comma butterfly’s favourite food, Echinacea too perhaps!

Today’s visitors to the farm couldn’t believe I rarely cut flowers for myself & the house, so here you are ladies after you left I cut myself an August bouquet, well it was my birthday this week! Lovely to spend an hour with you this morning enjoy your flowers xx

The flower bar worked well today at . Each Friday my husband & I with help from friends, run a little coffee shop on the farm. Buying British flowers has just been added to the mix! Along with bags of fresh mixed salad leaves, coffee from , homemade cake, quiche & freshly baked cream teas. It a friendly place with a good community feel. This Friday at Fosse farm the vintage tractor will be in the field. On the menu theres quiche & salad, coffee, a selection of homemade cakes, cream teas, bags of fresh salad leaves & posies of flowers. Seating available both inside & out & we are dog friendly 🐾

If you fancy a wooded walk on Friday surrounded by carpets of wild garlic & bluebells visit which is an easy 30 minute walk to Holcombe Woods. The cafe at is open on Fridays for coffee, cake & cream teas, bowls of vegetable soups are served at lunchtime. Outside seating & parking is available & we are dog friendly 🐾 it’s recommended to reserve a table if coming as a group thank you.

Hello Im Sue, a farmers wife who fell in love with growing environmentally friendly scented British flowers whilst enhancing & supporting wildlife & nature on the arable farm. We are based 10 miles South of Bath & about 20 minutes from Frome & Wells.

I like to keep things Simple Seasonal & Sustainable and offer….

Wedding Flowers May - 1st October

A service to create your bridal & bridesmaids bouquets, buttonholes, corsages & compliment those flowers with buckets of blooms so you can decorate the venue yourself or Im happy to offer floristry guidance too.

Creative Workshops

Throughout the year various workshops are organised & particularly perfect for Hen Party gatherings are the flower crown & hand tied bouquet sessions combined with delicious afternoon tea, vintage style in idyllic surroundings in a beautiful barn on the farm.

Farewell Flowers

Especially close to my heart is creating seasonal natural & meaningful foam free floral tribute using flowers chosen to represent your loved one, a service with sensitivity & understanding.

As well as flowers we do this! There is a hospitality venue on the farm, which is dressed up or down depending on the occasion. Tables are set here with vintage china for a beautiful ladies special birthday afternoon tea.
