As the temperature drops, so does joint comfort for many older or arthritic dogs. 🥶

We’ve had quite a few cancellations recently, and while we know things come up unexpectedly, we kindly ask that you avoid cancelling wherever possible.

As a small business with significant overheads, and with most of our therapists being self-employed, last-minute cancellations have a real impact.

💧 Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged £19.50 as per our terms.
