Now Boarding Medway Air-conditioned, heated, luxury pet hotel for all small animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, hams

When you go on holiday, who will look after your beloved pets? Don't put the stress on family and loved ones, instead bring your animals to us. The hotel is air-conditioned and heated, and the animals are lovingly cared for by experienced pet owners and a fully qualified veterinary nurse. Animals will be given fresh food and water every day, and exercised regularly in our secure out-door runs on grass. We are fully insured, and will treat your pets like our own.

Important Update to Our Opening Hours

We want to share an update about our opening hours to ensure the best care for your beloved pets while also making time for our own family.
Starting from January 2025, we will no longer be offering customer appointments (drop-offs and collections) on Sundays.

We’ve been open 7 days a week, but we’ve realised the importance of taking a little time for ourselves and our family so we can continue providing the exceptional care your pets deserve.

Our new opening schedule will be:
🕒 Monday to Friday : 09:30 - 18:00
🕛 Saturday : 09:00 - -12:00
🛑 Sunday: Closed to customer appointments

Rest assured, the pets in our care will still receive all the love and attention they need, even on Sundays!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we make this small change for a big difference in our work-life balance.

Poppy and Jeronimo's humans left a little gift for them to have on Christmas Day. It was very well received!
