Dear Customers
It has become harder and harder for us to reach an audience with our products. As a result of this and the tough economic climate orders have slowed down considerably. If you have bought from us in the past or like our product then sharing one of our posts with your friends or groups you are in (that allow shares) posts of your dogs with our tags and a link to us, anything like that could make such a huge difference to our small business.

Well that’s a wrap on 2024 and what a year it has been. Definitely the toughest year our small business has ever faced. I as always start a new year feeling hopeful, I am hopeful that we can turn things around and we will be making some big changes to ensure that is the case.
We have seen a lot of our small business friends close their doors this year and it is heartbreaking.
We are kicking off the year with a January sale and will be discontinuing some of our products once they are sold. This includes our ceramic bowls and biothane collars.
Thank you for your support it really does make a huge difference to us and we are so lucky to have the very best customers 🥰

And that is a wrap on 2024. What a year. It has not been the best if I’m completely honest.
There are som big changes coming for Hoobynoo next year.
As always thank you to everyone who has not just bought from us but commented, liked, shared a story. It all helps us to keep doing what we do in arguably one of the toughest economic climates that I can remember.
We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones and your doggos.

Do you love Christmas? Are you an animal lover? Are you a hugely positive person who can motivate those around you? We are seeking somebody special to add to our fun and friendly team this Christmas!
*
Minimum Wage Role
Based in CT12 5FA - Drivers licence required
7 hours a week (This will be one day a week but the day worked can be flexible)
Possibility of overtime at peak times.

The position will be offered subject to interview and is a temporary role initially scheduled to end on the 22nd of December. There is the possibility, following a review that the role may be extended into the new year, in which case a new contract would be issued.

ROLE
Your role will be of a general studio assistant, some of the tasks are outlined below but this list may be expanded.
* Stock monitoring & Ordering
* Replying to customer emails and messages
* Posting to Social Media and replying to comments
* Listing products on our website
* Email Marketing
* Assisting the company director with admin tasks
* packing orders
* General Tidying of the office

We are extremely busy with Christmas orders through November and December so we need someone who can work at a very fast pace when required.

Requirements - You must be available to do overtime during November and December.

SKILLS�What we are looking for is someone with enthusiasm who loves Christmas! We are not overly concerned with qualifications although a good use of the English language and grammar is required.
Exceptional attention to detail, pride in work and organisation skills is a must. You must be creative and have a positive can do attitude.
You will need to be able to work independently on your tasks. You will need to be able to work to a fast pace when required. As we are such a small team punctuality and commitment is essential.
