Happy Sunday everyone ✨

I’m just with the diary now, trying to make the days as easy as possible for Courtney & Harry! If you know you’ll be needing an appointment anytime between 12th Feb - 9th April, could you message me asap to get booked in.

As Courtney will be the only stylist in the salon we’ve had to half the amount of dogs per day & I really don’t want anyone missing an appointment!

Hi all ,

As many of you are aware, I have been awaiting a date for more surgery for my endometriosis. Today I was given a date of 12th Feb, which is 2 weeks today.

I will be off work from the 12th Feb for 6-8 weeks whilst i fully rest & recover. During this time I will still be on hand to answer any messages / deal with the diary but this will be slower than usual as I will be resting. The dog grooming side will be a little slower with 1 less pair of hands so please do be patient with Courtney & Harry! ♥️

‼️ NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS ‼️

There is nothing more damaging (or frustrating!) to a small business than people who don’t show up for their appointments, or people who cancel at the very last minute. Obviously we fully understand some things are out of your control & we do try to be understanding with our clients where possible.

When we book your dogs in for their appointments, they are booked in for a time slot of anywhere between 1 and 3 hours depending on their breed, if you don’t bring your dog to their appointment, we cannot fill that time meaning that we’re not only sitting around twiddling our thumbs, we’re also NOT EARNING.

Some months we end up with over £500 in loss of earnings due to no show clients & last minute cancellations. Imagine having that amount of money taken out of your wages each month and think about how that would affect you. It’s a huge loss! 🥲

Despite how it may appear and as much as we adore our job, we are not here to play with your dogs all day, we are here to earn a living and we can only do that if you bring your dogs to their appointments.

Our cancellation policy is 48h notice, less than 48h or an on the day no show will need to pay the full cost of the appointment before any further appointments will be rebooked.

Hey everyone…

Is it still socially acceptable to say happy new year? If it is, happy new year! 🥳😂

We are back open now with a busy week ahead, thank you all for keeping us so busy & chaotic! We love it.. reminder that we are behind on messages, Courtney was in Krakow last week so her phone wasn’t working properly. She is on it now with responding to voicemails / calls & texts but if for some reason she does miss you, please give her a nudge or even give myself a nudge as I’m up to date on all my texts!

BUSIEST WEEK OF THE YEAR, LETS DO THIS!! 😳
- Please can everyone be reminded to stick to your appointment times, if you’re 15 mins late we will have to reschedule to the new year.
- Cancellations & no show appointments require 48h where possible. Anything less will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.
- message replies will be slow this week whilst we juggle work life & home life.. I do have 2 children at home so once the salon is closed, they’re my priority.

If you see myself, Courtney or Harry crying in the corner.. just ignore us, we’re okay! I promise 🙈😂

Not sure what happened to Bodie this morning but his Halloween costume is definitely giving off those spooky vibes! Even Ivy was confused!

When our gentle giant Otis finally gets to test out the new bath! - Otis was our inspiration for getting our new shower enclosure fitted, he was starting to get too big for our standard bath so we called in the troops (A.K.A my husband Sam 😂) and had the new shower fitted! Safe to say Otis approves! 😍

P O P P Y ♥️ . This gorgeous girl came to see us today for her first introductory puppy groom & it’s safe to say, we were all besotted with her. DID YOU KNOW❓- We recommend bringing your puppy in for their first groom soon after their second vaccinations. It’s vital to introduce grooming from an early age so that it becomes more of an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one for them. - We recommend 2x introductory puppy grooms to get them well established with the goings on of our salon environment. - Puppy intros will include a bath / dry / nail clip / hygiene trim & a trim around their eyes & paws if needed. - Caring for your puppies grooming needs at home, we always recommend purchasing a good sturdy slicker brush and metal comb! We’re always on the other end of the phone should you need any help or advice!📞♥️🐾🐶
