‼️important notice‼️Please read carefully as a strict policy is now in place - effective immediately

cancelling/ rescheduling and no shows.

🔴 A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointments.

🔴 less than 48 hours notice given will result in 50% cost of the groom to be paid.

🔴 cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be required to pay 100% cost of the groom before another appointment can be scheduled.

No future appointments will be made until this has been paid. Any pre made appointments will also be cancelled.

🔴 Repeated cancellations/ no shows will result in being removed from my books.

Drop off / collection

🔴 Please arrive on time for appointments, as arriving late means I can’t always carry out the groom or give the full time needed. This also sets me back potentially for the rest of the day.

🔴 Arriving to your appointment 15 minutes late or more will automatically be classed as a missed appointment and charged at full cost of the groom.

🔴 Please collect your dog at the agreed collection time as I’m a one to one groomer and a cage free salon. A fee of £5 will be charged for every 15 minutes after the agreed collection time.

Fleas

🔴 Please check your dog for fleas before bringing them to the salon. If your dog is found to have fleas during their groom they will be automatically bathed in flea shampoo and a fee of £10 will be charged. This is to cover the cost of fumigation and disinfecting of the salon.

Matting

🔴 Matted/ excessively knotted coats will be charged a fee of £5-£10 depending on the condition.

I will only clip off matted coats to prevent pain and discomfort for the dog. every attempt will be made to contact you to discuss this prior to clipping if not already done so on arrival.
