Because puppy’s are just baby’s! Meet Maisie this is her second time grooming but 1st time with me! Her owner had totally lost her confidence in groomers since the last time she went she came out shaking and traumatised and left with matts in her coat, they told her “it took two of us to pin her down” This is totally unacceptable! You should never pin a puppy down in the first place, I think people forget they are just baby’s and need lost of love and reassurance! Maisy was absolutely fine as-long as she got lots of cuddles ! Maisy came out happy and excited and I hope she will come back in that way to 🐾🥰
