Good morning all,

I wanted to share my own experience with ordering from Amazon.
A few years ago I ordered YuMove tablets from Amazon. They came in the usual tub and looked the same as previously bought from a pet store website. When I opened the tub to give some to my dogs, they smelled absolutely awful. I got in touch with Amazon and they asked I send them back. They sent a replacement which was from the exact same batch and they also smelled terrible. From then on, I never ever ordered any more supplements from Amazon. It is just not worth the risk of saving a few pennies and getting it the next day. Make a note when you're due to run out and order from a reputable website on time.

This beautiful Golden Girl came in this morning for her regular groom. As always, Amber is very well-behaved. She loves her bath, puts up with the dryer, and is very good for the rest of the groom. What a very good girl you are Amber! See you again soon sweetheart! 🥰

And this afternoon I had the company of speed machine Reggie. His coat looked so shiny, you can't really tell from the picture. He did much better this time, slowly getting used to the noises in a grooming salon. You did great handsome! See you again soon! 🥰

This beautiful teenage lady came to see me for her regular groom this morning. Over time, she has become a little bit of a pickle when it comes to clipping her nails. 3 visits ago I managed to clip all her nails. 2 visits ago I managed to do her front paws only. 1 visit ago I managed to do her left front paw and today I only managed 1 nail on her right front paw...Cheeky monkey! Maybe I can do all of them again next time! See you again soon sweetheart! 🥰

Today was a day for two beautiful black ladies. Starting this morning with young Bonnie. It was only her 2nd ever groom and boy did we struggle. She did not like the bath and tried to get out on numerous occasions resulting in us both being soaked 🤦‍♀️
Oh well, hopefully, it'll be better next time. You are very pretty Bonnie! See you again soon 🥰

Today I had the company of these two little beauties! Ruby is such a good girl at her age of 11 years and Toto is a little monkey at 8 months old. He is still getting used to the grooming process and is a little fidgety but Ruby is an old hand at this and always a good girl! See you again soon sweeties! 🥰

Long morning this morning. Starting the week with Bella & Ernie, two lovely doggies. Ernie was very well-behaved for me today which made the grooming process a bit easier and we had lots of cuddles! Another day, another two strawberry blondes! Starting this morning with crazy, but very sweet, Millie. Millie can give Tigger a run for his money as she is much, much better at bouncing than Tigger is! Hence the extremely long tongue in the 'before' picture! Today was a day for strawberry blondes. Starting with Arlo this morning who is always a little protective of his front paws. So today I changed our routine and, after washing and drying him, I started with his front paws. It worked! for a little while...Never mind. We keep trying don't we handsome! See you again soon! 🥰

A new week has begun, starting with lovely little DeeDee. She is a very sweet girl and always very good for me. Except today, she didn't want me to clip all her nails so Mum had to help with one paw. That's ok sweetheart, at least they're all clipped again. See you again soon! 🥰

Eddie finished off this busy week for me. He was a bit quiet when he came in but he was a really good boy. Eddie likes to let me know that he wants me to stop whatever it is I'm doing. So I just carry on somewhere else and come back to that bit later. That way Eddie doesn't get upset. Win-win🥰 as far as I'm concerned! See you again soon little man!
