Excellent day learning all about lost dog tracking with Claire Brown from k9 north LDT. The weather was kind with sun shine allday.
This was a totally new thing for me and Luna and I was so pleased how she started to pick up on the sent and started to track by the end of the day. Certainly something we will do more of when she retires from Agility. Thank you Jules Clapham Berkshire Dog Training for hosting the day.

Good day at point zero kc show excellent show and venue thanks Anthony Clarke. Just the one clear round in jumping resulting in a 2nd place.
Tbh she was amazing all day with 3 perfect start lines, 3 perfect sets of weaves, 6 perfect contact's both e's come from a round the back which I didn't get to so tried just a verbal which she can do, but with 3 rings side by side with dogs barking waiting to go she probably didn't even hear me, that's no excuse tho we all know indoor shows are noisy and we need to deal with what is in front of us and I needed to get there to que it and didn't so bad me.
Lots of positive tho after 3 months out the ring and lots of down time. Was nice to get back at it to re motivate myself even with a 5.30 alarm.
Loving our new sparkling color and lead from Tough Tugz and come home with a pair of naylours non slip tunnel bags at a amazing end of show price.

Fab first 4 days at uka Nationals (Agility 4 All) total of 5 wins and 1 second place, 1 grand finals qualification and moved into champ steeplechase, some amazing nearly runs, our best ever performance in masters. Amazing evenings spent with friends (1 Indian and 1 Thai curry already)
Me and the girls are going to enjoy a duvet day tomorrow (rest day) in preparation for the course building workshop wed, and judging Thur.

My regular Monday nighters were on holiday this week so took advantage to do some training with Luna Loved how well she ran this course.

Busy weekend teaching at Agility Angels HQ but i did squeeze in some time with my own girls. Angel at 13 1/2 years old is defying the vets original expectations and still enjoying some simple hoopers. Luna is running some simple grids to ease her back to training after her injury. Agility Angels very own Luna had a awesome day at the UK Agility grand finals winning the circular knockout (this is just one of my runs) My beginner guys, I know I'm going off a collar start but a wait with a lead out is so important to keep rewarding, (this was a complete different set of circumstances) believe me I'll be back in the field drilling a wait/lead out.
