Happy New Year.
We are only 5 working days into the new year and already we have 5 NO SHOWS. reasons being - I forgot! i had an appointment elsewhere - had to work- just couldn't make it or no contact at all.
We are a small busy salon and have people screaming for appointments and Jo and I have an income to earn. I still have to pay my groomers for standing around.
Please, let me know if you cannot come to your appointment, not on the day but at least 24 hours before.
If you cannot remember when your appointment is , text or call me to check, if you think you won't remember, put a reminder on your calendar or in your phone. I cannot spend my evenings sending reminders, chasing payments , swapping and changing appointments and rebooking people in.
Missed appointments on the day will incurred the cost of a full groom.
Please also, if you are paying by bank transfer, payment has to be on the day of the groom and not weeks later. We do not offer credit.
If you work with me i can work with you and I will be flexible where i can.
