It's scorching outside, and the heatwave can be deadly for our pets. Please keep a close watch on your animals during this hot weather.

Please leave your dogs at home where they will be safe and comfortable. Our car park is under full sun, the shop can get very warm, so let's not stress out our pups unnecessarily.

‼️Note: Harness fittings will NOT be conducted in temperatures over 24°C. Your pet's safety comes first! Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated.

If you use bags to pick your items, please be ready to unpack all contents at the till where staff will re-bag for you.

Unfortunately, we have noticed discrepancies in our stock levels. It is easy to miscount - but just 1 product less/extra will show in error on our stock manager.

Be aware that we do have CCTV in operation.
