As we draw to the end of the year, and reflect on 2024, we look at who will be a staff member of the year,

In such a strong team of girls who work together every day to make life on the yard a better place for each other, our horses and clients.

This years winner is bitter sweet, as we will say good bye and good luck to our winner Katie Martin who sets to jet off half way around the world to follow her dreams and travel to Australia

Katie has sets the bench mark very high, her loyalty devotion to the horses, cow city, and to me personally has been unquestionable.

Katie has worked as part of this team for 5 years come rain snow or high winds she been there she is truely one in a million, I along with the rest of the team at cow city will dearly miss you.

Enjoy OZ Katie we’re be all waiting to hear you’re adventures and thank you for all you have done and all you are as a person and what you have brought to our team 🏆

Just wanted to thank everybody for being a massive part of cow city I feel very emotional about tonights business awards and privileged to be part of a team of people that work together on a day-to-day basis to strive making our yard a nice place to be in for all

Regardless to if we win the fact that people took their time to nominate us, will always be the biggest win for me

The Yard is made up with some quite unique people and everybody plays apart , from one of the little Weekend girls to full time staff , phill , the support from our land owners ,hay and straw suppliers , our feed merchants , the guys from Eileen Douglas, vets , farriers ,dentist ,physios, photographer, through to our clients and to all our amazing four legged friends

None of this would be achieved without you all

Let’s continue this ethos into 2025 and continue to look after each other making cow city a safe happy place for all 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🤠 Equestrian Business Awards
