🐎 Potential livery space for one gelding 12hh under but no Miniatures/colts/stallions . We are now a very Small family friendly yard . Under new management
Stable , turnout(subject to weather in winter)
Hay & straw . Running water and self filling baths.
No arena at present but plenty of hacking and space to exercise
Cctv on all aspects of yard . And secured gates . 🐎 only yard management and liveries have acsess to horse yard/stables and field
Looking towards a Field shelter for the near future
Requirements
-Rent is paid upfront every month .
-Passports must be produced before agreement made .
-Blood tests may be required depending on circumstances and
-worm count required before turnout .,
-yard rules will be discussed and must be adhered to .
As all of of horses are used to eachother we will likely need to introduce them slowly to the herd (settling period ) it is unlikely that more stables will become available so please only enquire if for one pony and meet the requirements as we are full otherwise for the foreseeable
