Settling into a new home can be quite overwhelming for a rescue dog 💙

10 month old Jett has been in his forever home for 6 weeks, previous to this he had a good chunk of his time in kennels and, as with many rescue dogs, previous to that is usually a bit of a blur !

Looking at it through the eyes of the dog we must be patient, use empathy and help him gradually understand the world around him 💙

He is frightened by lots of things at the moment but there has been some progress and I'm sure his confidence will grow 💙

A beautiful boy, lurcher cross, motivated by food so we suspect some labrador in there and maybe a bit of staffy 🤔
