Customer information regarding the new parking charges on Station Road or anywhere that has pay and display, I’ve had it clarified by a warden that you get 10 minutes which will allow you to drop off and collect without having to pay. 🐾

Massive thank you to all our customers for all the gorgeous cards, tips, chocolates, biscuits, wine, fizz, Baileys, Vodka, smellies…..honestly the list goes on. Once again we have been utterly spoiled. We really do have the best customers and I wish you all a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.
We are closed now until Tuesday 3rd Jan.

Customer notice, failure to attend appointments or cancel within 24hours will mean all pre booked future appointments will be cancelled. Unfortunately this is happening too often I regret to say. We send out courtesy reminders to everyone the day before. This is a huge financial loss to a small business on such a regular occurrence so unfortunately non refundable deposits will be required.
Apologies for the rant but hopefully understandable.

Please can we ask customers if they cannot make their appointments to give us as much notice as possible, whilst I understand circumstances occur and sometimes it can’t be helped which is why we send out courtesy reminders 24hours before. We have an 8 week wait for appointments and this morning we have had a 9am and a 10am appointment not arrive.

Polite customer notice,
Please can you try and give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend your appointment, we text/call everyone 24hrs prior as a courtesy reminder. We understand these are difficult times however we currently have a 7-8 week wait with a long list of people waiting for a cancellation so when we have a no show this is a wasted appointment along with the financial loss and unfortunately this is happening a lot.
