Hope you are all getting ready for Santa Paws

Just a polite reminder that I am extremely busy this month and have very little movability for appointments, this even means just by a few hours unfortunately

If you need me to try and move an appointment please message me to ask, at least 24 hours before , please also don't be upset if I'm unable to accommodate you 🐾

Any missed or late appointments will not be rebooked until after the new year

I do have a cancellation list still in place, so if you wish to cancel an appointment and be put on that please let me know

I understand stuff does crop up this time of year and I will always do my best to accommodate you but please try and ask me in plenty on time

Yesterday I said my final goodbyes to my Gran 💔

I can't thank everyone enough for all the messages of love and support, it has really helped get me through the last few weeks

I just wanted to share the amazing flowers that made for us, of course my tribute had to be a westie, after Grans love of the breed and her late west highland, Whisky

Thankyou to you all for your patience and apologies for all appointments I have cancelled so far.

My Nan passed away this morning 💔 it wasnt the most peaceful passing and she fought until the end. 😭

I need a couple of days to process things and be there for my mom.

I hope to do some grooms this week, and once I also know more about any arrangements I will do my best to start getting any cancelled appointments rebooked.

Hey hope everyone is enjoying Halloween 🎃

As some of you may be aware my Nan has been suffering from Dementia for a long time.

Over the last week her health has taken a drastic drop and she has tonight been placed on very strong end of life pain medication 💔

As much as we can't be given a time frame, it will most likely only be a few days before we have to say our final goodbyes

I will try and keep as many appointments as possible the same over the next couple of weeks but I just want apologize in advance to anyone I might have to change, I will try and keep everyone as updated as possible

I had tried to keep a few days availability back as we knew this would be the outcome at some point so I hope I won't have to keep you waiting too long to get you rebooked

I can't thank you all enough for your understanding in this difficult time. And I truly am sorry

* Important message please read*

Hi everyone, hope you and my furry friends are all well 🐾

As those of you that know me, know I've always tried to run a stress free, welcoming, no major rules salon and I try to be as accommodating as I possibly can, which makes this a hard post 🥹

However with my availability so limited at the moment and some very distressing family matters going on, I want to clear a couple of things up

Appts: Where possible please try and book your next appt no more then a week after your previous appt, I'm currently working on around a 6 week wait, same week/month appts are very unlikely so please don't be upset if I'm unable to fit you in for a few weeks

Missed appts: if you can't make an appt or change your mind PLEASE let me know, I have a cancellation list that I can offer. Please also check carefully your appt time and date, missed appts won't always be possible to be rebooked for a few weeks or more

Lateness: I understand at times you may get stuck in traffic or have difficulty finding me but if this is the case please leave in plenty of time or call me, I've lived here all my life so know the area pretty well. Anyone later then 10/15 mins with no contact I will assume you aren't attending and may leave to deal with other matters!

Late collection: If you are going to be any later then 1/2 hour to collect your dog please let me know and clear it with me before your appt. I'm more than happy for my furry friends to make themselves at home here, however as I'm a one on one dog salon I do on occasion have very anxious and dog reactive dogs, so I would need all other dogs collected

I think that is all for now, I hate being so direct but I really hope you all understand I'm trying to do my best, keep my prices low and help as much as I can during this difficult time. ❤️

Luci & BB, have an important update for anyone coming to see you next week

There will be some road closures:

From 22nd for 2 Days Pheasant Lane will be closed (duck pond pub entrance)

From 24th for 3 Days Castleditch Lane will be closed (oakenshaw community centre entrance)

If you get held up in the works please dont worry just keep me posted, likewise if your worried about getting through or unsure of what way to come, don't hesitate to drop me a message
