Please remember when booking dogs for their holidays that we like them to come around 11 in the morning, this gives us a chance to get rooms cleaned and deal with the dogs that are being picked up at 9 am.

Well lots are happening here at the moment,our new office was delivered yesterday and being built this week, we are also having a professional dog groomer coming here to set her business up so hopefully she'll be within a few weeks start to take bookings from some of you plus her own clients but please note she be her own boss. Also there seems to be something going on with another kennels, so yesterday (Saturday) we had the busiest day ever over 35 years of doing this job of visitors coming to see us especially for doggy day care which now is going to be extremely busy. So you'll all notice a few changes when you next come. Looking forward to seeing your pets.

Are any of you able to give me a quote to rebuild my shed that was next to the office for insurance claim,it was destroyed in the storm in Dec aswell as stables and office which insurance have sorted aswell as my merc. Preferably will need a couple of you to get in touch and give a price thank you

Just announced

Birmingham Airport is currently being evacuated following a report of suspicious vehicle.

This is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.

A Birmingham Airport spokesperson said: “West Midlands Police is currently dealing with an ongoing incident on-site.

"Airport operations are currently impacted, and passengers should not come to the airport at this time.

"The Airport’s social channels will be updated as and when the situation changes.

"For passengers with immediate flights this afternoon they should contact their airline and check the Airport’s website for updates.”

Hours for doggy day care are to suit you. If you're coming here boarding please treat us fairly. We don't want you booking in until 11ish please. We encourage you to pick pets up 9 ish then we have to clean. So it does cause us problems if you turn up before 11. Firstly we are trying to do breakfast and medication to pets that require it. We are trying to get dogs out into gardens so that they can go to the toilet, then the dogs being collected aswell by customers, also we might have an emergency (very rare) so this is why we don't want you turning up at 9 to book dogs in. And yes I can get grumpy especially when I'm under pressure at this time of day. But I do care about your dogs. Sean

Wow, can't believe that nearly 198 people have left us reviews, sadly we had a few bad ones from people who have never used us. I don't reply to them but we are very grateful for the support from you. It was always my aim that our customers dogs would not be shut in a kennel for 23 hours a day, which is usually the model most kennels have. As you know weather permitting our dogs here our out in 17 large gardens, social dogs out in groups, ones that aren't sociable have their own garden for most of the day. If you haven't seen our kennels we encourage you to come late mornings to view, we don't want to know you're coming as this way you'll find the place how it is and not put on for you by booking appointments. All we ask is please don't come if raining as the dogs will be shut in their rooms. Looking forward to giving someone a special surprise in next few weeks. And looking forward to your dogs staying or doing doggy day care.

Well , we have loads of space just imagine poor dogs shut up in the other kennels around the area, with 17 gardens , 12 of them grass, dogs put most of the time to chill and play, today it was water time so the dogs were rotated to have some splash time

We have 2 small dogs looking for a forever home. A staffy and frenchie both entire boys , ideally will go together. At moment don't know how old they are but will try and find out. Very friendly

Further to previous post about drop off and pick up times. Doggy day care is different if before 8 it's OK to put pet in runs how we've shown you aswell as picking up in evening you can fetch your pet out. During day when other pets are out in gardens please do not enter, let myself or one of the staff get your pets. The odd occasion someone has just entered then wandered why they're being chased by an unfriendly pet.
