A Day at Pampered Pets Dog and Cat Grooming Parlour

The Grooming Parlour is not a traumatic event for your pet. You could compare your pets experience with a visit to a spa! Grooming your dog takes time………. When he/she is ready for their bath, the initial clipping is done by removing any excess body hair. A gentle brush followed by a fine tooth comb, the nails are also clipped at this time. The b

ath consist of a thorough shampooing with mild shampoo and complete rinse. Flea treatment is used as necessary and other preparations are used at owners’ request. After the bath your dog is thoroughly dried and brushed so the hair is tangle free. Keeping your pet well brushed between appointments makes a more enjoyable visit. Your dog will now have a rest in the cage and a drink of water. Dogs respond better to being groomed when they are not rushed and can relax between steps. Now the time consuming steps are over, we can relax and enjoy the final clipping. Most body work is done with the clippers and all heads and tails are scissored. The whole grooming process takes approximately two-three hours, depending on the size of your dog, style of clip, and the co-operation of your dog. We provide the following services:

Nails clipping
Ears cleaned and plucked if required
Combing though coats to make sure they are knot-free
A little health check for any lumps and bumps
Patience and gentle care for your pet . BIG KISSES AND CUDDLES

Nail clipping only is priced at £5.00

**Prices are a guideline and are a subject to change depending on the condition of your dogs coat and individual breed size, matted and difficult dogs will be charged accordingly**

FINN 🖤🐼 Big boy Finn, came in today for a mid week transformation 🤩 He had a summer cut with some very short trousers, we had to shave his chin off because he’s a mucky pup 🐶 but left a beautiful teddy bear head 🐻 Georgie had a morning full of cuddles and Finn had a belly full of gravy bones 😂

🪳 FLEA SEASON IS FAST APPROACHING 🪳We are coming up to prime flea season and as you all know we can’t have any animals in the salon that have fleas. Please check your dog/cat before your appointment and please do not book any animals in, if you know they have fleas. Unfortunately our new salon policy will be an additional £15 added onto any groom if your animal is found to have fleas, this charge covers the de-flea of the salon and de-flea of any other animals in our care. We hope you all understand 💕

This is Jimmy, our dog, I have to keep him fairly short because not only is not keen on being brushed, combed and bathed !!!! he’s also a digger, a roller in 💩 , he can bark so loud everyone in the neighbourhood hears him !!
