Availability for 2025

Since the New Year we have had an awful lot of bookings coming in and with two local cattery closures last year I anticipate a lot more coming in.
All our regulars especially those who require 2 pens, if you have dates please ping them over as soon as you can as I’d hate to have to turn anyone away 🫣

As we draw 2024 to a close I look back on a year with so many jobs accomplished ~ more on the cards next year if we ever get some dry calm weather! The first one will hopefully be a new cattery kitchen 😂🙈🫣

Thank you to all our customers, those who have trusted us with their furry family for years and those who were new to us this year. Your custom is greatly appreciated and I love seeing all your lovely kittycats.

Next year will be our 24th year of boarding and it’s been a whirlwind for sure!

Booking Policy Update:

Over the course of the last 18 months we have seen an substantial increase of late cancellations after turning a lot of bookings away along with bookings being changed 2,3 or even 4 times once booked. I try to be as fair as I possibly can be and still offer a refund of deposit (with the exception of Christmas from next year) however the time will increase from 14 to 21 days to be eligible so we have more time to refill a chalet.

Due to this from January our booking policy will be as follows;

➡️Balancing payment will be required on drop off. Any additional charges on collection. There are no exceptions. Our bank details are sent with every booking and we have a card machine on site.
➡️I will only chase people once for deposits. Deposits securing your booking are required within 48 hours of booking. If they aren’t received your booking will go on a standby list.
➡️All Christmas/New Year bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.
➡️Our cancellation period will increase from 14 to 21 days to receive a refund.
➡️Less than 7 full days notice of a cancellation will mean the full board is liable.

I hope you understand why I’ve had to tweak these terms. With so few licensed reputable cattery’s still operating making these changes is imperative going forward.
