It's opening day tomorrow!!!!

It's been a long winter, and clearly the weather has decided it's not quite over yet, but we are all ready to welcome you back tomorrow!

As always, entry and parking are free, you don't have to book, and dogs are welcome as long as they stay on the lead.

Please don't bring your own food with you, as we are a completely vegan site out of respect to our rescued residents, and we just don't have the time or staff to ensure that any picnics brought are vegan. The café and will be open, so there'll be plenty of food and drink to get during your visit! The thrift shop and a new shop will also be open, of course!

Only the main yard areas will be open as it's too muddy still up towards the pig field and goats, but you'll still be able to see many of the animals! While we do our best to sweep away large puddles, we are an outdoors site, so wellies are advised (or at least shoes you don't mind getting wet/muddy!)

Open every Thursday to Sunday 12-4pm until the end of November. See you soon!

About Us

Maximus Pet Care are a friendly, family run pet care and dog walking company based in Reigate, Surrey. As HUGE animal lovers, Steve and Michelle will provide a professional service to people who want their pets cared for with the upmost care and respect whilst they are away, at work or just need help on a day to day basis.

Steve was a serving Police Office in Surrey for over 11 years. Although this career was very varied and rewarding, Steve always wanted to fulfil his passion of working with animals and be in the great outdoors! He has always grown up around dogs and has experience with playful puppies to seniors, and will work with you to cater to their needs at all times.

Michelle has been involved in voluntary rescue work for over 15 years, carrying out home assessments, dog behavioural advice, transporting dogs to foster homes etc.

As a family, we have many of our own pets, and also volunteer at a animal sanctuary caring for farm animals, chickens, turkeys, pigs, cats and dogs! From large dogs to the smallest of hamsters we will always give them the love and attention they deserve.
