Our second birthday girl of the day, is another girl who loves to spring to amazing heights. She's also partial to the occasional binky & bunny death flop is a specialty.

Okive continues to flourish & her true personality is shining, it's taken a lot of time, patience & love, but she's worth every minute.
She's a devoted Bunwife to Ostel but has such a cheeky side 🐇💗

Paws up who's excited to get 2026 walks & visits started? 🐕🐈❤🎉

We've received a lot of requests recently to join the MacSpaniel Clan. We are still at full capacity with a waiting list, which is currently closed until I am able to start some dogs. We appreciate every single enquiry and are sorry that we can't accommodate any more dogs at present.
I will continue to put my heart & soul into my amazing Clan 🐕🐈💗💙🌈

The 🌈 Bridge will be getting ready for the party of the year 🎉 Happy 18th Birthday, my beautiful 💗 girl 🎂💗
Missy may never have been a physical part of the MacSpaniel Clan but she is the foundation & guiding spirit. Without Missy, MacSpaniel would not have existed, she taught me everything that I know & continue to learn.
The only pup to survive from her litter, as they had been so so badly beaten 😪 The vet thought that she had a chance. Her life was short & never a simple path, but I hope she was happy for the time we were together. Her life mattered 💗

Three years ago today, we picked up a very poorly, scared wee foxy from kennels. There were lots of sleepness night, sleeping on the floor with him to give him comfort. The day he asked to be picked up for a cuddle, just melted my heart. Baillie is definitely a unique, quirky old man & has the most amazing mum, who has worked wonders with him ❤
You all helped to raise so much money to pay for Baillie's extensive vet bills including his skin, major dental work & his neuter 💪❤

Not quite the Christmas day that was planned 🙈 The MacBunBuns had an unscheduled visit to emergencyvetsglasgow Ostel MacBunBun started to head towards gut stasis 😪 He became lethargic, refused his favourite forage, his body language was off & he was pressing down on his tummy. Miss Olive, his devoted bunwife was concerned for him, she was trying her best to get him to interact but Ostel was just not feeling well 😪🐇❤
A huge thank you to all the team at EVG, such a caring, friendly & professional atmosphere. Dr Nick was amazing with Ostel & has first class bunny knowledge, which was a huge relief as buns are so complex (classed as exotics). Not all vets have the knowledge or experience to treat buns appropriately. Dr Nick was very thorough & explained everything, I gained more knowledge about different gut stimulants and Dr Nick showed me a research paper about them, so some bedtime reading for me.
Glad to say that Ostel only needed one syringe feed after receiving his check & medications, then he began to eat independently. He's back to his normal cheeky self, snuggled with his beloved 🐇❤

It's always good to be prepared for situations that arise when your routine vet practice is closed. It's one less thing to think about, in a stressful situation. Emergency Vets Glasgow is an independent out of hours practice, based just off J1 (Polmadie) M74

It's a 🌈 Birthday today for our dear friend Cooper 🐕🎂💙🌈 He was such a gentle big giant, who loved winding the wee ones up. He could never resist the opportunity for a swim 🐕🎂🎉💙🌈

A very Happy Gotcha Day to Franklin's deputy, aka miss Thelma 🎉🎂🐕💗 A special little lady who likes to make sure everyone stays in line. She absolutely hates the rain but big puddles are no problem for her wee legs 🤣🤣

Hopefully you will have seen the launch of our Cracking Christmas hamper raffle on the previous post! (If no, go check it oot)

But we canny have a hooman one and no huv a four legged one, so here it is…Oor doggy hamper for your lil furbabies this Christmas.

From snuffle mats, treats, joint care and more, who doesn’t like spoiling their wee bubbas.

All proceeds from the hamper draw will go towards Cracker (no pun intended) Jacks run, who came to the hospice at a time where no one else would take him because of his special needs, but that is what we do here, give love, care and do whatever we can for an individual’s requirement.

All you need to do is comment how many tickets you would like.
It’s £2 a number or 3 for £5.
Drawn will close Thursday 18th Dec with winner announced mid day 19th Dec.
