⚠️ ANNOUNCEMENT ⚠️

Hello everyone,
I write this with big tears in my eyes. Due to reasons beyond my control I have to temp close down the business. I have a lot going on with my mental health and bits behind the scenes that I do not have the mentality or health to run a business at the moment.
I’m not sure if this will be a short break, or a permanent thing right now. I’m taking each day as it comes.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU who have constantly believed in me, left amazing reviews and repeat business. I have met some wonderful people who I am truly blessed to have met. I adore this job and I’ve worked so hard for this, however sadly life does happen and I have to take care of myself for now.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you all so much and love all your animals dearly💚💚💚💚

Whilst today is world mental health day, every day should be considered a day to be able to have that support and be able to talk to someone.

Right I will say this and only this,
There is a recent review that is going around from a client. The situation itself has been sorted but they still felt the need to post. Please note things on social media aren’t always what they seem.

The amount of HORRIBLE messages I am getting from people who do not know the full situation or story, is quite frankly disgusting. Social media is great for some things but cruel for another. Whilst I understand people are allowed to express concerns ,there is a line & for other people to feel the need to leave reviews who haven’t even used the services / send horrible message when the full situation isn’t on the post etc is vile.

I will not mention names etc, however this needs to stop or it will be reported. The client has been fully refunded for today and an apology given.

Traffic can’t be helped and we will always do as best as we can. I love all the animals we care for. This in mind I will be taking a few days away from the situation.
Any more nasty messages / unnecessary posts will be reported and taken further.

Thankyou to those that do support and know us for the animal lovers we are. BE KIND always!

🚨INFORMATION REGARDING THE RECENT COVERAGE OF BULLY BREEDS🚨

This is a bit of a different post from us but has to be said. Here at Fetch Club we do NOT discriminate against any set breeds (bad reputation or not). We accept ALL friendly dogs (meet n greet required first of course).
We have no issue caring for or walking any bully breeds, or any “dangerous” breeds, whether those be pit bulls, bully breeds or Rottweilers.
As owners of these breeds I’m sure you’re feeling upset and a bit scared about this information. With this in mind, if you’d prefer for us to walk your pet in an enclosed environment, and away from other dogs that is completely okay (please just request this when booking in).

🐾All dogs, regardless of breed will always be highly cared for and made sure they’re safe at any time when they’re in our care🐾

Everyone who needs meet n greet forms should now have these (please check your inbox) these need to be completed after your meet n greet , and deposit sent over.

Your space is NOT secure until the forms and deposit have been paid. We’re getting a lot of requests and messages regarding September dates & I don’t want anyone to miss out.
We’re having someone else join us in the next few weeks so more availability will become available (details to follow)
If there is any issues with deposits or forms please let me know asap so we can try to sort something.
