Public Announcement.
Being late to your appointment - I completely understand that sometimes you can’t always plan ahead enough to a point of where you are never late.
However, being late to your grooming appointment by as little as 10 minutes can completely compromise the outcome of the groom. (This is also the same for collecting your dogs. I give 20 minutes notice before the end of the groom to give enough time for travel to the salon. So being late for your collection can affect my next customer/appointment.)
In some cases I can & will turn down the groom if I am too heavily booked or have other commitments outside of Melewis Dog-Grooming, North Wales Rhyl.
I am very lenient with my customers regarding appointments (opening earlier or later than usual to work around your schedule, rescheduling because you/your child/pet/spouse is sick or if your car has broken down and you can’t get to me.)
However I do ask in these instances you send me a message or give me a call as soon as you can. This prevents me waiting around in the salon that is fully prepared with a slot could have been used for another groom. I am not unreasonable, I do understand things creep up sometimes.
Going forward I will be making a note of the times in which you are 10+ minutes to your appointment WITHOUT notice and unfortunately you will be charged a £20 late/no show fee before a future booking can be made.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience and I hope you can all understand my reasoning behind this.
