We are now closed for Christmas 🎄 we are then reopening on 6th January.

Thank you for another year of choosing us to care for your pets.

Instead of Christmas presents this year we added toys to our charity toy drive from each of your puppies and they have been very well received 💚

Christmas Closing 🎅🏼🎄

Firstly, thank you for choosing us to care for your puppies for another year. As always we are closed over the Christmas period.

Our last day is Friday 20th December and reopen Monday 6th January.

Instead of Christmas presents for our puppies this year we have purchased toys to donate to two local dog rescues in your dogs name 💚

Can anyone help with our toy drive to donate to local rescues for dogs and cats? 💚

Guys we need your help!

Puppers and cats with no toys need your help too!

We are arranging our Christmas donations for two rescues with food and snacks. However, whilst wrapping all Coopers gifts we realised it’s not just food they need so we are going to run a toy drive.

If any of you could donate the following we will drop them off with our donation this week.

Dog Toys - any kind
Cat Toys - any kind
Cat food - for adults or kittens

We will be accepting donations during store hours but tomorrow we will also sort a box for outside the gate so you can drop of items when we are closed too.

All donations need to be in by this Thursday 19th December.

We have gone with our lovely followers suggestions and will be donating to Lucie's Animal Rescue and Saving Yorkshires Dogs

There’s nothing too small, a single ball could bring so much happiness so please get involved and help us give these animals the amazing chromates they deserve!

It’s been a very exciting day at TGOP as I officially did my very first training walk with our newest addition, the handsome Diesel 🐶

Training walks have been a long time coming so I’m excited to launch this new service & helping you make progress with your dogs training needs 🐾

We are also very excited about now being insured and able to carry out services for your lovely XL Bully babies 💚

Hi all,

We are going on holiday soon 🏝️

Our last working day is Friday 20th September.

We will return to full time dog walking on Thursday 3rd October.

We will not be responding to messages/requests during this time so please have all walk requests in for week commencing 30th September ahead of time.

Please note after over 2.5 years without one there will be a price rise for services in October. Further information to follow.

Happy 3rd Birthday to our one and only Professor Cooper 💚

We’ve had a seaside trip, doggy ice cream and a big ol steak for his surf and turf dinner 🐶

After much thought and discussion there are some big changes coming to The Great OutPaws 🐶🐾

Over the coming weeks and months we will be moving into more structured and focused work.

We will be continuing with our structured group walks for our current clients and adding new training services moving forward.

My love for working with doggies has only grown with this business and after seeing the progress I’ve made with some of our newer doggies I’ve discovered a love for more focused training work.

We will release the update to the current services first and then be adding our training services over the coming few weeks.

We look forward to this next step and can’t wait to help your puppies progress 🐶

I complain about the falls all the time.

About the condition it’s left in after every hot day since it was discovered by everyone in the north east during lockdown.

I walk and train my work doggies and my personal doggy down here and unfortunately, lots of the times I pass I’m not in a position nor have the time to help however, I complain endlessly.

This evening I was out with Coops and he picked three empty plastic bottles out of the river further down so I guessed the falls was a mess again.

When I got to the falls there was litter scattered from empty bottles to a disposable BBQ, no where near as bad as we’ve seen it left but still more than there should be - which is none.

This is probably a permanent issue we face as a community now so my point is: If you can, don’t just complain please help keep our town looking as beautiful as it should.

I share this solely in the hopes that it inspires others that we can keep our home looking beautiful no matter what state others leave it in.💚
